Mi lasciano un biglietto di mancata consegna sulla cassetta della posta in una giornata di vento e io per caso lo ritrovo a terra sull’asfalto. Era anche un pagamento in contrassegno e per l’inefficienza di Bartolini nella zona di Avellino la penale poi chi la pagherebbe io o Voi??? Comunque vi consiglio di essere meno aggressivi al telefono perché poi c’è gente anche disposta a denunciare per certi atteggiamenti. Il prossimo mi aspetto che mi lancino un pacco appresso minimamente? Fatemi sapere che mi armo di giubbotto antiproiettile ??? Sono in attesa di un pacco da 10 giorni, dicono che non c’era nessuno in casa e di aver lasciato l’avviso nella cassetta della posta, ovviamente eravamo in casa e non hanno lasciato nessun avviso. Sul sito inserendo il numero di spedizione compare tutt'altro, praticamente risulta partito con due mesi di ritardo. Lo faccio presente via email e mi rispondono che queste sono le informazioni che hanno, praticamente non hanno la minima idea di dove si trova il pacco.

Ogni volta che effettuo un ordine online e la spedizione è affidata a BRT, stupendomi ogni volta che ci siano aziende che continuano ad affidarsi a quest'azienda, già so che il pacco mi arriverà nel migliore dei casi aperto, fino a pacchi bagnati, rotti e con contenuto derubato. Ritengo che non sia accettabile una situazione del genere. Ho contattato più volte il servizio clienti e alla fine non si sono mai interessati di risolvere i loro problemi. Mi chiama il Corriere per chiedere indicazioni precise sulla mia abitazione, mi dice che è sulla strada per fare un'altra consegna e poi sarebbe passato da me. Risultato:sono 10 giorni che aspetto, provo a chiamare ma non risponde nessuno e io sono ancora qui ad aspettare (oggi undicesimo giorno). Lo chiamano servizio efficiente?Meglio non specificare cosa penso di loro. Bad service!
