★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho affidato un pacco, ho pagato 23 euro con la garanzia che il pacco fosse recapitato entro 24 ore o, al massimo, 48 ore. Alla distanza di 5 giorni circa, non solo il pacco non è stato recapitato, ma non si riesce neanche ad avere un contatto con chi ha preso in consegna il pacco. La persona che risponde alla sede di Benevento mi riferisce che stamattina ha chiesto notizie ed ha anche fatto un reclamo, ma ancora non riceve riscontro. Dietro mia sollecitazione ha saputo solo dirmi:- Che devo fare? Devo andare io a Milano?- Risposta molto poco professionale e per niente risolutiva. Alla fine il pacco è arrivato. Mancavano 9 bottiglie di salsa e vari chili kg di mele annurco speciali. Potrei capire che alcune bottiglie si rompono e altre no, ma non capisco come le mele siano scomparse tutte. Ho chiesto risarcimento ed ho chiesto anche perchè si accetta un pacco di venerdì e si garantisce la consegna entro 24 o 48 ore e non si tiene conto nè si comunica che sabato e domenica non si consegna. Appena riceverò rimborso ne darò comunicazione.

Nine bottles of sauce and several kilos of special annurco apples were missing. I could understand that some bottles break and others don't, but I don't understand how the apples all disappeared. I asked for compensation and I also asked why a package is accepted on Friday and delivery is guaranteed within 24 or 48 hours and it is not taken into account or communicated that Saturday and Sunday will not be delivered. As soon as I receive a refund, I will notify you.
