L	LEA VANNELLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio allucinante. Non ricevo il pacco per dati incompleti ( almeno per quel che leggo sul tracking ). Contatto il mittente il quale mi invia la foto dell' etichetta di spedizione la quale è tutta in regola e con tanto di mio recapito telefonico. Cerco invano di contattare un call center per cercare di recuperare il pacco che è in procinto di essere rispedito al mittente ma niente , call center inesistente anche attraverso email. Lavorano con i piedi e senza un minimo criterio. Spero di non ricevere piu' pacchi attraverso SDA ne tanto attraverso altri corrieri satellite tipo NEXIVE che lavorano alla stessa maniera. Hallucinating service. I do not receive the package for incomplete data (at least for what I read on the tracking). I contact the sender who sends me the photo of the shipping label which is all in order and complete with my telephone number. I try in vain to contact a call center to try to recover the package that is about to be returned to the sender but nothing, call center does not exist even through email. They work with their feet and without a minimum of criteria. I hope to no longer receive parcels through SDA nor through other satellite couriers like NEXIVE that work in the same way.
M	Martina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi! Ordine di amazon contenente 4 articoli. 3 consegnati (da altro corriere) e 1 no perché sda non trova l'indirizzo, che è lo stesso dei 3 consegnati!!! E nemmeno 1 telefonata, come avviene normalmente e come una perso a responsabile e di buon senso farebbe! Dopo 2 giorni in cui amazon ha richiesto la riconsegna, ancora risulta che hanno fatto tentstivo di consegna non andato a buon fine. Pessimi pessimi!!!! E non sono nemmeno contattabili in alcun modo! Numero di telefono? Disco! Bad! Amazon order containing 4 items. 3 delivered (by another courier) and 1 not because sda does not find the address, which is the same as the 3 delivered !!! And not even 1 phone call, as it normally happens and as a responsible and common sense lost to! After 2 days in which amazon has requested the return, it still appears that they have made the delivery attempt unsuccessful. Bad bad !!!! And they are not even contactable in any way! Telephone number? Disk!

Non siete mai puntuali , il vostro corriere che gestisce la zona di Capodichino Napoli , non è professionale e non capisco perchè lavori ancora con voi . Ormai sono anni che ci lamentiamo , ma non prendete mai un provvedimento .. Gestisce le consegne come gli pare , non è mai puntuale , scrive sempre destinatario assente... Siete davvero da escludere come corrieri . cordiali saluti Terrible, we are an international shipping company and whenever we have to receive a package with the SDA it is a problem ..
