Non riesco a ricevere l'attacco del gas dal mese di maggio, mi stanno mantenendo in sospeso da mesi dicendo che non ricevono la documentazione, poi magicamente dopo due reclami via Pec mi fanno contattare da un'altra azienda che lavoro per loro conto chiedendomi di inviare nuovamente la documentazione, ad oggi sono trascorse altre due settimane ma niente... Pessimo servizio, pessima assistenza dei clienti e poca chiarezza...
Worst company we've ever dealt with ... I can't get the gas attack since May, they've been keeping me on hold for months saying they don't get the paperwork, then magically after two complaints via Pec I they contact another company that I work on their behalf asking me to send the documentation again, to date another two weeks have passed but nothing ... Bad service, bad customer support and lack of clarity ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Occhio alle letture di divisione ( switch Off), specifico: la lettura che il distributore del metano ( italgasreti) fornisce alle compagnie, specialmente quando si cambia società per le fatturazioni finali ed iniziali. Va detto, per serietà e verità che la società, avvisata dell'errore, previo suoi accertamenti, ha posto rimedio. E' buona norma rilevare la lettura alla data del "cambio gestore", di solito al 1 del mese interessato e confrontarla con la lettura in fattura.
Keep an eye on the division readings (switch Off), specific: the reading that the methane distributor (italgasreti) provides to the companies, especially when changing companies for final and initial invoicing. It must be said, out of seriousness and truth that the company, having been notified of the error, after investigating it, has remedied it. It is good practice to detect the reading on the date of the "change of manager", usually on the 1st of the month concerned and compare it with the reading on the invoice.
