Ho ricevuto solo la mail x svincolare il ritiro. Ma il Sito ufficiale è pessimo non fa effettuare l'operazione in nessun modo. NON ESISTE UN SERVIZIO CLIENTI. The courier did NOT call or intercom. Being at home all day I must deduce that he did NOT come to deliver the package. I only received the email to release the withdrawal. But the official site it's bad it doesn't do the operation in any way. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ancora non ne so niente del mio pacco, provo a chiamare , non rispondono c’è un operatore registrato che non funziona! Ho mandato un email, non rispondono!!! Stato in consegna e dopo due minuti compare: destinatario non presente!!!!! IMPOSSIBILE ERO IN CASA! NE UNA TELEFONATA NE UN AVVISO! pessimi! Ora come faccio a recuperare i miei pacchi??? VERGOGNA! Consegna prevista 12/5, vado sabato 14 ed il pacco ancora non c'era... Ricontrollo la tracciabilità e, risultava arrivato e ritornato in sede a gr. Morale della favola ritirato poco fa in pessime condizioni. Ridicoli.

Rintracciato il pacco perché il mittente si è recato in poste e gli è stato detto che sda di Grosseto ha fatto tornare il pacco indietro, distrutto, perche la via del destinatario è inesistente. Bisogna anche capire il momento Storico Difficile in cui viviamo.. per le persone che scrivono negativo bisogna cercare avvisare com mail e vedrete che faranno il possibile. Probailmente tornera' indietro , chi paga le spese?La filiale di Grosseto ha avuto.la brillante idea di mettere un avviso sulla porta che diceva che oggi venerdi 24 dalle 15:00 l'ufficio era chiuso. Genialeee, se non andavo all'ufficio come facevo a sapere che oggi era chiuso se il sito dice che e' aperto? Non ho potuto ritirare perche' c'erano gli uffici chiusi e gli addetti al magazzino non hanno voluto consegnarmi il pacco.PESSIMI, mai piu' SDA, non rispondono manco al telefono, neanche al numero di assistenza sul sito Parcel stopped in storage for 2 days (who sent me informed today) without receiving any notice.
