★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondo mai al telefono. Sono dovuta andare di persona perché hanno lasciato il pacco sbagliato ad un altra persona e non mi hanno neanche fatto il reso del pacco. Risultato ho perso 190€!!! Mai più!!
 I never answer the phone. I had to go in person because they left the wrong package with someone else and they didn't even return the package to me. Result I lost 190 € !!! Never again!!

Ultimamente il corriere della mia zona lascia il pacco senza citofonare, quindi solo se scendo per caso, vengo a sapere che il mio paco è arrivato. Non può perdere qualche secondo per vedere se ci sono?
Un'altra volta ha scritto mancato pagamento mentre, invece, non eravamo a casa. Conclusione: siamo dovuti andare in macchina alla sede più vicina a 25 km a riprenderci il pacco.
Bad service:
Lately the courier in my area leaves the package without intercom, so only if I get off by chance, I learn that my package has arrived. Can't waste a few seconds to see if they're there?
Another time he wrote non-payment while, instead, we were not at home. Conclusion: we had to drive to the closest office at 25 km to get the package back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!!! Hanno inviato la tracciabilita' di un pacco come CONSEGNATO con tanto di firma. Peccato che il pacco non sia mai arrivato né tanto meno nessuno ha firmato. Al nr verde che si trova sul sito per queste problematiche non rispondono, tanto meno via mail. Andrò cmq a fondo.....Ho già contattato un'avvocato!!!!
Terrible !!!! They have sent the traceability of a package as DELIVERED with a lot of signature. Too bad the package never arrived, much less no one signed. They do not respond to the toll-free number on the site for these problems, much less via e-mail. I will go to the bottom anyway ..... I have already contacted a lawyer !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come è possibile che scriviate "destinatario assente" alle 13.00h se faccio pranzo qui in ufficio da Gennaio????? 8.00-18.30, non è venuto nessuno e dite di si. Almeno provate a suonare il campanello o chiamate il numero di telefono scritto nei dettagli.

Avete scritto che non mi avete consegnato un pacco in data odierna per assenza del destinatario, quando invece non siete neppure venuti a casa a consegnarlo ( telecamere a dimostrazione!) e io non mi sono MAI mossa dalla mia abitazione. Falsi! Scriverò a Zalando per riferire il vostro inaccettabile e non professionale comportamento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, la consegna risultava non avvenuta in quanto “destinatario assente” quando invece noi eravamo in casa. In più non è stato rilasciato nessun certificato che testimoniasse il tentativo di consegna e ora mi ritrovo con un pacco bloccato per cui io ho pagato un servizio. La cosa che fa ridere è che la stessa identica cosa è accaduta a più persone da come leggo e non sono stati presi provvedimenti per risolvere la questione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo. Il corriere non arriva a destinazione. Stavolta ha messo la scusa di indirizzo del destinatario incompleto. La volta scorsa del destinatario assente mentre sono stato in casa tutto il giorno. Nonostante in possesso di numero telefonico, non telefonano e non lasciano biglietti nella cassetta della posta. Conclusione, il corriere non arriva alla destinazione del pacco. Non acquisterò più nulla da chi si serve di SDA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ogni mese ricevo consegne da SDA dallo stesso fornitore e sono sempre stati puntuali ora non capisco perché l'indirizzo risulti incompleto, mentre confrontando la fattura della merce ordinata è corretto e completo inoltre è impossibile parlare con un operatore perché il venerdì alle 09:40 gli uffici sono chiusi. La consegna era in programma giovedì ed ho atteso in casa il corriere per evitare la mancata consegna ma inutilmente. Ora passerà il fine settimana senza che abbia ricevuto il pacco e questo mi causa notevoli inconvenienti. Sono molto insoddisfatto.
