Spiego alla persona con cui parlo che sono impegnato in mattinata ed ho bisogno di sapere l’orario preciso della consegna insistendo più volte visto che l’operatrice rimaneva vaga.
Alla fine mi conferma le ore 10.00 “ o se riescono poco prima “.
Mi trovo alle 9.45 ad aspettare le consegna e l’operatore si presenta alle 11.00 senza avvisare del ritardo , chiamando solo 5 minuti prima per sapere quale fosse il punto preciso.
A me è saltato un altro appuntamento programmato.
I get a call yesterday to confirm the delivery they were going to make this morning.
I explain to the person I speak to that I am busy in the morning and I need to know the exact delivery time, insisting several times since the operator remained vague.
At the end I confirm at 10.00 "or if they succeed just before".
I am at 9.45 am waiting for the delivery and the operator shows up at 11.00 without notifying the delay, calling only 5 minutes before to find out what the precise point was.
I missed another scheduled appointment.
