★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho portato in officina la mia tucson durante un soggiorno nelle marche. Dopo aver effettuato la diagnosi sull' auto mi dicono che dovono sostituire due pezzi. Ho subito espresso la mia preoccupazione perché mi sarei potuto fermare nelle marche solo una settimana. Loro dicono che i componenti sarebbero arrivati l'indomani. Dopo alcuni giorni senza ricevere chiamate inizio a sollecitare ricevendo risposte scocciate. Sono stato costretto ad allungare il soggiorno e cambiare officina per risolvere il problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza ancora non risolta. Acquistata auto elettrica, la colonnina (pagata extra) che sarebbe dovuta essere installata dopo 2 settimane ancora non è arrivata (dopo 3 mesi). Le risposte ricevute, quando riesco o a parlarci, sono sempre vaghe e le promesse mai rispettate. Continuano a dire che mi richiameranno ma sono sempre io a farlo ormai da mesi.
Ho acquistato 3 macchine da loro, questa di certo è l'ultima
Bad experience still unresolved. Purchased an electric car, the column (paid extra) that should have been installed after 2 weeks still hasn't arrived (after 3 months). The answers received, when I am able or to talk to them, are always vague and the promises never respected. They keep saying that they will call me back but I have always been doing it for months now.
I bought 3 machines from them, this is certainly the last one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo bisogna evitare Fabio, venditore inaffidabile. Ha sbagliato il preventivo di 1500 € in più e
le catene da neve in omaggio sono di misura diversa. Si applica troppo poco quando fa i compiti. Per il resto non posso dire nulla. Ho ritirato da tre gg. una Kona 48V Hybrid nuova.

Poco corretti. Vista auto e fatto preventivo il venerdì. Macchina confermata il lunedì con mail x azienda servivano dati per il bonifico. Poi sparti nessuna risposta al telefono ne mail..ritornati in concessionaria avevano promesso la macchina ad un altra persona...la macchina è stata venduta!!

Not correct. Car view and made a quote on Friday. Machine confirmed on Monday with email x company, data were needed for the transfer. Then scattered no answer to the phone or mail .. back in the dealership they had promised the car to another person ... the car was sold !!
Never again!!!
