Pacco preso contatti n assicurazione e express courier garantito in 48 h, è passata una settimana e io ancora aspetto questo pacco che mi serviva con urgenza. Non rifarò mai più un'esperienza del genere con SDA sapendo che nel territorio non funziona. I don't understand how they still manage to be open. Lack of customer support both by phone and by mail. Parcel contacted under insurance and express courier guaranteed in 48 hours, a week has passed and I am still waiting for this parcel that I needed urgently. I will never do this again with SDA knowing that it doesn't work in the area.

Se ti serve qualcosa devi andare fin la: dato che siamo ancora in emergenza per la pandemia, non sarebbe meglio limitare i contatti inutili?... mma You search on the internet and the offices are open ... you call and nobody answers you except the little voice that says: "our operators are busy ... we are closed". If you need something you have to go there: since we are still in an emergency due to the pandemic, wouldn't it be better to limit useless contacts? ... mma

Non rispondono mai personalmente ma si accende una segreteria consumando i tuoi minuti telefonici inutilmente perché dice sempre che gli operatori sono impegnati e questo tutto il giorno! Credo che siano invece in ferie lasciando una segreteria telefonica a consumare i nostri soldi di telefonate e il nostro tempo! Sda comunica che la merce sia in consegna e invece consegnano spesso il giorno seguente se non anche 72 ore dopo… Sono da evitare! A scandal !!! They never answer personally but an answering machine turns on consuming your telephone minutes uselessly because it always says that the operators are busy and this all day long! I think they are on vacation instead, leaving an answering machine to consume our money on phone calls and our time! SDA communicates that the goods are being delivered and instead they often deliver the following day if not even 72 hours later ... They are to be avoided!

Ho controllato con il codice di spedizione e risulta consegnato e addirittura firmato ma io non ho ricevuto ne' telefonata da parte del corriere né ricevuta di mancata consegna. Ho provato a chiamare sda di Ragusa ma non rispondono mai. I purchased a product on Amazon, the shipping is paid by SDA / Poste Italiane, the package was supposed to arrive yesterday. I checked with the shipping code and it is delivered and even signed but I have not received a phone call from the courier or a receipt for non-delivery. I tried to call sda from Ragusa but they never answer.

G	Gioia SV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giornalmente ho a che fare con i corrieri per lavoro quindi conosco tutte le ditte, da anni. Metto 4 stelle solo per l'inesistenza degli uffici. Se accade qualcosa sei praticamente lasciato solo con il tuo problema, il call center ha solo la voce meccanica e non permette di parlare con l'operatore, le mail inviate non avranno mai una risposta e cose così.. MA, darei 5 stelle ai corrieri di SDA zona Vittoria. Ragazzi super gentili, educati e soprattutto che svolgono bene il loro lavoro! E spesso i problemi hanno provato a risolvermeli loro. E' sempre un piacere collaborare insieme. I deal with couriers on a daily basis for work so I have known all the companies for years. I put 4 stars only for the non-existence of the offices. If something happens you are practically left alone with your problem, the call center has only the mechanical voice and does not allow you to speak with the operator, the emails sent will never have an answer and so on .. BUT, I would give 5 stars to couriers of SDA Vittoria area. Super nice guys, polite and above all who do their job well! And often the problems have tried to solve them for me. It is always a pleasure to collaborate together.

Premetto che tra il vetro e l'imballaggio vi era uno spessore di 5 6 cmq ed era avvolto il stracci e una coperta, quindi vedi che botta avrà preso per ridurlo così.
