★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda poco professionale, bruttissima esperienza, la mia famiglia ha spedito 2 pacchi in UK dove io vivo. un pacco e' arrivato l'altro ancora no.. sono stati spediti il 3 dicembre... scandaloso come rispondono ai messagi.. e quando rispondono.. al telefono, invece di risolvere il problema, passano la colpa ad altri, ma io ho pagato profumatamente la spedizione, non e' un mio problema di chi sia l'errore, so solo che ho perso in questa consegna tanti soldi, medicine... Sconsiglio vivamente.
Unprofessional company, very bad experience, my family sent 2 packages to the UK where I live. one package has arrived and the other hasn't arrived yet .. they were sent on December 3rd ... scandalous how they respond to messages .. and when they answer .. on the phone, instead of solving the problem, they pass the blame to others, but I I paid handsomely for the shipping, it's not my problem who the mistake is, I just know that I lost a lot of money, medicines ... I strongly advise against it.
