k	kv sl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peggior corriere mai provato, oggi mi sarebbe dovuto arrivare un pacco, ma pur di non lavorare hanno riportato ''mancata consegna per destinatario assente'', tutto regolare, se non fosse che il pacco doveva essere consegnato ad un ufficio postale, neanche ad una scusa plausibile o almeno onesta potevano pensare. L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si potessero dare -10 stelle lo farei. Incompetenza allo stato puro. Due pacchi bloccati da loro che risultano come mancata consegna per ben due volte alle 6 del mattino. Tralasciando il fatto che la gente alle 6 del mattino di solito è a casa, non ha citofonato nessuno. È solo una scusa inventata per coprire la loro totale mancanza di professionalità. Non forniscono nemmeno un numero a cui risponda qualcuno. Vergogna. Chi è il vostro superiore? Topolino? They could give -10 stars I would. Incompetence in its pure state. Two parcels blocked by them which result as non-delivery twice at 6 in the morning. Aside from the fact that people are usually home at 6am, no one has intercomed. Per prendere il pacco in loco, altra odissea. Servizio scadente, dipendenti scorbutici e qualità del servizio pessima! Call center inesistente. Procedura di reclamo online fasulla! Mai e mai più volontariamente sceglierò SDA. Chiudete, fate più bella figura. INCOMPETENTI! If I could give -100 I would! 4 packages with them, 4 non deliveries, and I was at home, all day. Passaggio effettuato senza lasciare nemmeno un fogliettino, non ci sono numeri di telefono e non c'è verso di risolvere via email. Decido di andare di persona, e li onestamente ho trovato delle ragazze cortesi gentili e disponibili, mi hanno trovato il mio pacco e me l'hanno consegnato...LE 5 STELLE CHE HO DATO SONO PER LE RAGAZZE ALL'INTERNO DELLA FILIALE...CHE RINGRAZIO PER LA CORTESIA. r	rossana bova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono soddisfatta del servizio dato che non è la prima volta che chiedo al corriere di farmi un favore. Devono venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Ho detto di farmi portare un pacco pesante al piano e mi ha detto che non poteva lasciare il furgone pur essendo di fianco al palazzo del marciapiede ed era di fretta,bastava solo pochi secondi. È non la prima volta in situazioni diverse che trovano scuse. Non c'è un'email per i reclami,cenera una ma non esiste più ma tramite telefono. I am not satisfied with the service as it is not the first time that I have asked the courier to do me a favor. They must meet the customer's needs. c	cristina lauri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sembra una truffa: chiami il numero verde indicato 199113366 la risposta e': numero inesistente ! allora chiami l'altro numero 800336622 impossibile parlare con operatore e se cerchi di rintracciare il pacco, il disco legge i numeri che tu dici in modo scandito, aggiungendo o modificando uno dei numeri (provato piu' volte), e quindi ti e' impossibile rintracciare la spedizione. NEl sito, rintracci la spedizione e viene indicato 'mancata consegna' per 3 volte, quando nessuno e' venuto a consegnare un pacco acquistato a fine dicembre ......da Ebay (mai piu' !) e mai consegnato fino ad oggi. Ho fatto 3 acquisti da Ebay dall'estero e tutti, ripeto TUTTI andati persi con SDA....c'e' qualcosa di importante che non va....tutte le persone danno recensioni negative possibile che non riusciate a migliorare ? perde immagine sia SDA che le POSTE ITALIANE ! it looks like a scam: call the toll-free number 199113366 the answer is: non-existent number! then you call the other number 800336622 impossible to talk to the operator and if you try to trace the package, the disk reads the numbers you say in a scanned way, adding or modifying one of the numbers (tried several times), and therefore it is impossible for you track the shipment. Per quanto riguarda le consegne a domicilio è altro genere di discorso. Non puoi dire che non hai trovato nessuno per due giorni quando c’è servizio di portineria tutte le mattine come in tutti i condomini della città I went to collect a parcel in storage.
