Dicono d'essere passati quando non lo sono...
Non lasciano avvisi.
Non mandano mail o SMS come con codici o altre istruzioni per il ritiro dei pacchi.
Nemmeno volendo andare di persona si può/riesce a capire dove sia il pacco.
UNA VERA INDECENZA. UNA VERA FRODE.
 Impossible to contact either by phone or via the website.
They say they passed when they are not ...
They leave no notices.
They do not send emails or SMS as with codes or other instructions for parcel pickup.
Even if you want to go in person you can / can not figure out where the package is.
A REAL INDECENCE. A REAL FRAUD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lasciato avviso senza nemmeno citofonare, ero a casa! In attesa al telefono per sempre, non mi sono dilungata oltre i venti minuti ovviamente perchè palesemente non rispondono perchè non ne hanno voglia, chi vuoi che chiami ad agosto.
Servizio pessimo (come vedo pure dalle altre recensioni) ma dopotutto non si può scegliere come ti viene recapitata a casa la carta di identità giusto? Quella cosa proprio inutile che non serve a nulla.
Left notice without even ringing, I was at home! Waiting on the phone forever, I have not dwelt beyond twenty minutes obviously because they obviously do not answer because they do not want to, who do you want me to call in August.
Bad service (as I also see from the other reviews) but after all you can't choose how your ID card is delivered to your home right? That really useless thing that is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi deve arrivare la carta di identita dal comune di milano che ovviamente pensa bene di utilizzare il servizio spedizione piu inutile e irrintracciabile della terra. mi hanno lasciato l avviso senza citofonare e sono scappati. è un mese che sono in ballo e non rispondono al telefono. unica soluzione andare li in sede. siamo alla follia
I must get the identity card from the municipality of Milan which obviously thinks well to use the most useless and untraceable shipping service on earth. they left me the notice without the intercom and ran away. They've been up for a month and they haven't answered the phone. the only solution is to go there. we are madness

Personale reputo incompetente in quanto consegnano il 25.11.21 una notifica che devi andare a ritirare in Comune scoprendo che era una multa e dichiarando che era stata consegnata il 18.10.21...oltre un mese prima.
Provi a chiamare telefonicamente, ma non ti risponde nessuno.

Personnel I consider incompetent as they deliver a notification on 25.11.21 that you have to go to collect in the Municipality discovering that it was a fine and declaring that it had been delivered on 18.10.21 ... over a month before.
You try to call by phone, but no one answers you.
