I got fined during April 2018.
I received a notification from my Car Rental Company in May.
Still haven't received the order to pay the fine (August 2018)
Unfortunately if you were fined during your visit to Milan and you reached this place to try to solve it, here's some pro tip: There's no way you can come back here and pay the fine and solve your problem.
You will have to wait until you receive the other letter (That might take 4 months after the first notification from your Car Rental company) and there is no point coming here unless you are indeed a local.
This place is for locals only, do not try to come here as a tourist because you will throw away time and money.
