★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi - Mai ricevuto riscontro alle mie mail e nemmeno telefonicamente - venivo rimandato ad un loro contatto che sarebbe avvenuto certamente in giornata ed ovviamente mai rispettato. Il numero di fax indicato sul sito web pare non funzioni perché ho provato più volte a mandare un fax e dall'altro lato ha squillato sempre ed inutilmente a vuoto.
Bad - I never received a reply to my emails and not even by phone - I was sent back to their contact that would certainly have happened during the day and obviously never respected. The fax number indicated on the website does not seem to work because I have tried several times to send a fax and on the other hand it has always and unnecessarily rang empty.

Customer for years they reminded me that the car policy was expiring with a single automatic email. I leave out the consequences I have suffered. There are no comments on the bad relationship with the customer.
