Called sda on the phone and no one answers at customer cares after 5 minutes they put the phone done.
I would give 0 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tracking system tells you a package missed delivery because one is out of home, usually working during the week. Delivery man did not leave a sticker or anything, only tracking system told me the package was near my door when I was at work. Then I experienced all what other people report here.
What is recommended to do is to at the very beginning, under the condition that you know that you package will be handled by SDA, indicate in the address that you want a package be deposited at K-point e.g. Varese, the you go there and collect it when you want. It works only for SDA packages though.
They have many things to improve.
International packages sent from national post in other countries are also enevntually handled by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I check a tracking number, there were 4 attempts of delivery to our home, but it seems that courier passed directly to aperitivo in the bar as nobody arrived to us, no any warning letter was left in the mailbox and I was at home just waiting and waiting..
More than 2 weeks for delivery from their SDA center which is located in 15 km from my home and now the status is that not possible to deliver the pack because "destinatario e' chuiso". Oh, really!!
Yes, "e' chuiso" but in the sense that I am closed at home, desperately waiting for the delivery.
No comments.. I can not imagine how they can work in this way..
I have opened a claim directly to SDA but nothing happened so far.
I have opened another claim to Ikea and after one week they replied that they will push the courier but.. nothing happened..
Sorry, Ikea, it was my first and last order online! You need to find a reliable courier..
