I corrieri fanno finta di passare, fanno finta di telefonare. Pacchi trattatati malissimo. BRT il peggiore dei peggiori. Se vi spediscono qualcosa tramite loro, pregate che il pacco arrivi...e che arrivi intatto. Unqualifiable. If you can, avoid this forwarder. Crazy shipping costs (individuals and companies). The couriers pretend to pass, they pretend to call. Packages treated very badly. BRT the worst of the worst. If they send you something through them, pray that the package arrives ... and that it arrives intact.

Arrivati il terzo giorno, dopo numerosi solleciti. I don't know if my order has been processed by this office but the service that Bartolini is offering me is very bad: scheduled collection and for 2 days in a row no one has arrived. Adesso devo fare 60km per ritirare il collo. Unsuccessful delivery attempts made outside of the reported hours - I wasted a leave from work and you wasted fuel and time. Non rispettano le date e nel corso della giornata fanno tante variazioni di orario e giorno. Le loro motivazioni sono insufficienti. Inaccettabile tuttavia che la cosa venga gestita tramite finte consegne ( nello specifico, è stato dichiarato utente non presente alla consegna quando ci sono tre persone in casa e viene ritirato un pacco postale pochi minuti dopo l'ipotetica mancata consegna....senza per altro lasciato il foglio di avvenuto tentativo!!!!) nonché la sufficienza, supposizione, e scarsissima empatia dei dipendenti in filiale (Padova) al momento del ritiro in sede.....tra l'altro ritiro in sede non avvenuto dopo due ore di fila perché (la merce è ancora in elaborazione, passi domani). Non ultimo, due ore di fila perché hanno comunicato il cambio orario di apertura sede al pubblico (posticipato di un ora) la mattina stessa! Fastidioso se fosse un favore, ignobile per un servizio lavorativo.
