★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am revising my earlier review of one out of five stars as local TNT service has improved dramatically. It is possibly related to some strike action and or management changes. All the same, recent deliveries arrived promptly, delivery people are courteous, package condition are excellent and tracking is OK. I will keep an eye on them, but lately TNT has been equal to and sometimes better than some other local courier services. I ordered one litre metal canisters of liquids - linseed oil, white spirit, turpentine - used for oil painting as a test with the same item with three couriers and TNT arrived flawlessly, a second courier dented the canister almost to the point of creating a leak, the third arrived a day late. The same TNT driver has delivered my latest packages and due to COVID related restrictions, he has very carefully set my packages inside our foyer in a corner against the walls. All other couriers just drop it in trafficked areas as close to the door without reaching inside because they are lazier. The driver wears a clean and tidy uniform, speaks clearly with good Italian into the intercom and waits patiently for me to respond. I hope this lasts as my earlier experiences were horrid.
