Tre giorni per una paletta proveniente dal Veneto e diretta in Emilia Romagna sono inaccettabili, soprattutto quando è stata richiesta e pagata la consegna in 24h. Spedizione non tracciata, indirizzo di consegna sbagliato sul DDT e intermediazione con altri trasportatori inqualificabile. Bad service. Mai una rottura o un collo perso e le consegne avvengono in modo preciso e puntuale, sempre preavvisando telefonicamente come da accordi. I nostri clienti ci comunicano che anche il personale che consegna è sempre cortese e disponibile. Per me, finora, un servizio ineccepibile. Spero continui così. Bravi! Dopo essersi attenuti scrupolosamente alla procedura di assicurazione come specificato (tramite polizza all risk), quando si verifica il danno vanno pregati per avere aggiornamenti sulla pratica. Abbiamo pratiche aperte da mesi, che continuiamo a sollecitare (alcune sono anche state autorizzate per il pagamento) e ci sentiamo rispondere "purtroppo non abbiamo ancora nessuna notizia dall’assicurazione". Ma che risposta è? Non dò il voto minimo perchè il servizio di trasporto soddisfa le aspettative, ma la gestione clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Freight insurance service does not exist. Lavoro come autista per una grossa azienda italiana e ogni volta che arrivo a scaricare sembra che chieda l'anima. Per le norme di sicurezza non potrei nemmeno "toccare la merce" invece qui ti devi arrangiare a caricare e scaricare il camion perché nessuno ti assista . DA MIGLIORARE RAGAZZI.
