Sono due volte che le chiedo un consiglio e risponde con un arroganza che mi lascia senza parole. P.s. Aggiungo dopo aver letto la risposta. Dire che mi sono sbagliata non é una risposta. Puoi trovare articoli da regalo, biglietti calendari, tazze regalo, oggettistica...di tutto un pó. Molto ben organizzata. Al piano terra il reparto per ragazzi è bellissimo Fully stocked library. Quanti bei ricordi! Quando ero piccolo andavamo ogni fine settimana con la famiglia e riuscivo quasi sempre a farmi comprare un libro sugli animali o qualcosa che mi piaceva. Adesso è passato qualche mese dall'ultima volta che mi ci sono recato ma debbo dire che è sempre un'ottima esperienza e che il personale è sempre molto cortese e disponibile Historic and huge bookshop in the Talenti district, spread over 3 floors and well stocked with practically everything (novels, dictionaries, children's books and puzzles, university texts, books for competitions, comics and graphic novels, etc.). How many good memories! When I was little we went every weekend with the family and I almost always managed to get me to buy a book about animals or something I liked. Al momento dell'acquisto, nessuno mi aveva comunicato che i cambi avrebbero dovuto essere effettuati entro l'anno! In ogni caso, non era mia intenzione chidere la restituzione dei soldi, ma, semplicemente, cambiare il libro. So che il cambio non è un diritto, ma, visto che è possibile, nel corso delle vacanze di Natale, i tempi dovrebbero essere più lunghi e, soprattutto, comunicati. Aggiungo che, da inizio pandemia, mi sono imposta di non comprare libri (e non pochi) su Amazon o presso grandi catene e, da allora, ho sempre acquistato presso la Libreria Scuola e Cultura.... Non lo farò più! Hanno perso un cliente... Modifico in data 14.1.22 la recensione. lo scontrino allegato dimostra che non vi era alcuna informazione. Il libro che avrei cambiato era intonso, perchè, ovviamente, non letto nè sfogliato (omnia munda mundis!). In ogni caso, se ritenete di avere ragione, buon per voi.. Il cliente lo avete perso e forse non solo uno...
