Sono stressati dai tanti clienti in fila (andiamolo a dire a tutti i negozianti che hanno dovuto chiudere) e cmq siamo "Clienti". Quando, dopo un'attesa di quasi un'ora solo per pagare, ho chiesto di controllare un libro ordinato (perché cmq ti dovresti fidare e pagare ad occhi chiusi) il titolare ha detto parlando ad un'altro cliente che c'è fila perché c'è chi perde tempo quando è in cassa. ? Innanzi tutto che si rivolga a me e quando ho chiesto se c'è l'aveva con me mi ha liquidato dicendo "non ce la posso fare". Però ce la può fare a prendersi i miei soldi. Infatti avevano sbagliato un libro ed ha anche avuto il coraggio di dire che ho ordinato male io, con tanto di lista alla mano. Insomma per farla breve hanno perso uno dei loro "tanti" clienti perché prima di tutto il rispetto e la cortesia altrimenti cambiassero lavoro. Ci sono tante librerie. La sconsiglio. Gli auguri di doverseli andare a cercare i clienti e poi vediamo se li trattano male. Today they gave the worst of the worst. L'unica cosa un po' scomoda è il parcheggio auto perché non c'è mai e prima di trovarne uno si devono fare parecchi giri tra le stradine intorno alla libreria, con il disagio di perdere tempo. Raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici che passano proprio vicino alla libreria e dovute fermate. Personale abbastanza gentili anche se a volte sono un po' lenti nel trovare i libri o per servirti ma nonostante questo la consiglio in ogni momento dell'anno.
