Purtroppo l'atteggiamento del titolare è molto spiacevole: oggi sono venuta a ritirare un libro che era stato ordinato a mio nome. Avevo ricevuto un SMS che mi annunciava l'arrivo e avevo anche telefonato prima per conferma. Quando sono venuta per il ritiro, siccome l'addetto non riusciva a trovare il libro (che pure, si è scoperto dopo, era sullo scaffale dietro la cassa), è intervenuto il proprietario alzando la voce e insultandomi davanti ad altri clienti. Inoltre, avendo una disabilità, ho fatto presente che l'ingresso non è accessibile, in quanto c'è una discesa molto ripida senza nessun tipo di appoggio, non praticabile per chi ha qualche problema di deambulazione, figuriamoci per chi è in carrozzina. Il proprietario ha continuato con insulti e critiche alla mia persona. Mi chiedo se un esercizio pubblico che non rispetta le norme per l'accessibilità sia legale. Sono molto dispiaciuta per questo incidente, in quanto ritengo importante promuovere le librerie in quanto luoghi deputati alla cultura anziché comprare libri su Amazon, però esperienze del genere fanno cadere le braccia. I have visited this bookshop a few times above all thanks to Tonia's initiatives, which are very commendable. Unfortunately, the owner's attitude is very unpleasant: today I came to collect a book that had been ordered in my name. I had received an SMS announcing my arrival and I had also phoned earlier for confirmation. When I came for the pickup, as the clerk couldn't find the book (which, it turned out later, was on the shelf behind the counter), the owner intervened, raising his voice and insulting me in front of other customers. Furthermore, having a disability, I pointed out that the entrance is not accessible, as there is a very steep descent without any kind of support, not practicable for those with some walking problems, let alone for those in a wheelchair. The owner continued with insults and criticisms of my person. I wonder if a public establishment that does not comply with the accessibility rules is legal. I am very sorry for this incident, as I believe it is important to promote bookstores as places dedicated to culture rather than buying books on Amazon, but experiences like this make you drop your arms.

Responsabili molto disponibili e gentilissimi, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. All'interno è possibile trovare inoltre un'interessante selezione di vini, oggetti di design e un'intera stanza dedicata al "peso" dei libri (per scoprire di cosa si tratta è necessario entrare!). Piacevole scoperta, assolutamente consigliato! C’è anche un angolo dedicato ai libri che vengono regalati ad Eli e che vengono venduti a peso! È il posto “dove trovi ciò che non stavi cercando” e dove “Puoi leggere, leggere, leggere, che è la cosa più bella che si possa fare in gioventù: e piano piano ti sentirai arricchire dentro, sentirai formarsi dentro di te quell'esperienza speciale che è la cultura.
