Bambini, genitori e nonni trovano sicuramente quello che cercano. Very interesting bookshop and activity center. It has a wide range of offerings of both books and workshops. Il compleanno era fissato per il mercoledì pomeriggio ma l'influenza ha colpito durante mio figlio e la libreria mi ha fatto presente che non c'era disponibilità per i successivi 15 giorni, unico pomeriggio disponibile era sabato. Non mi hanno comunicato peró che il costo era diverso e non dandomi una alternativa infrasettimanale o perdevo l'acconto o la facevo di sabato. L'anno scorso i bambini stavano seduti per fare l'attività sui tavolini quest'anno su un tendone di quelli da esterno di plastica buttati per terra.. Avevo chiesto uno spazio dove poter far appoggiare borse e cappotti ai nonni ed ai parenti che erano presenti alla torta ed allo scarto dei regali e niente. Le uniche sedute presenti erano 3 sedie davanti alla cassa. Oltre la spiacevole sorpresa del costo diverso di cui nessuno mi aveva fatto menzione.. Mi è stato detto che al massimo poteva levarmi 10€ (cosa che non ha fatto) e mi ha fatto pagare in più, a parte, il dinosauro che mio figlio a fine festa mi ha chiesto (8€). Poteva essere un dono e fare bella figura, invece la signora Lucia si é dimostrata per quello che è. Non do una stella per la deliziosa animatrice che tutti gli anni ci mette impegno in quello che fa (nonostante la tristezza del telo da esterno) e per la signora Sabrina che è sempre stata cortese anche nelle varie telefonate organizzative (anche se poi le richieste fatte sono state disattese). This is the second year that I celebrate my son's birthday at this bookstore. This year I was very disappointed. The birthday was set for Wednesday afternoon but the flu hit during my son and the library made me aware that there was no availability for the next 15 days, the only afternoon available was Saturday. They didn't tell me, however, that the cost was different and by not giving me a midweek alternative, I either lost the deposit or did it on a Saturday. Last year the children were sitting to do the activity on the tables this year on a tent of those outside plastic thrown on the ground .. I had asked for a space where to be able to place bags and coats on the grandparents and relatives who were present at the cake and the scrap of gifts and nothing. The only seats present were 3 chairs in front of the cashier. In addition to the unpleasant surprise of the different cost that no one had mentioned to me .. I was told that at most he could get me € 10 (which he did not do) and made me pay extra, apart from the dinosaur that my son at the end of the party he asked me (€ 8). It could have been a gift and make a good impression, instead Ms. Lucia proved herself for what she is. I do not give a star for the delightful animator who every year puts effort into what she does (despite the sadness of the outdoor towel) and for Mrs. Sabrina who has always been courteous even in the various organizational calls (even if the requests made were disregarded).

Grazie infinte per aver realizzato il desiderio più grande di mio figlio con un compleanno a tema dinosauri... Siete state bravissime ci vediamo presto per altre attività! Beautiful library with many illustrated books and special games, with a room used for parties and events. Gentili, disponibili, ottima comunicazione sia durante l'acquisto sia nel post vendita come assistenza alla spedizione.
