Ho contattato l'assistenza tramite email e mi ha rimandato il pezzo nuovo senza nessun problema. Pezzi molto belli e consiglio l'acquisto!! I bought some chess pieces but unfortunately I got a broken one (bishop). I contacted support via email and they returned the new piece to me without any problem. Very beautiful pieces and I recommend the purchase !!

Ho acquistato un set di scacchi di altissimo pregio e, una volta apertolo a casa, ho scoperto che un pezzo era di un'altra serie ed altri pezzi risultavano difettosi. Riportatoli indietro, senza neanche chiedermi scusa per l'accaduto, hanno dapprima provato a sostituirmeli con altri in esposizione in vetrina (anch'essi difettosi), e solo dopo mie insistenze sono riuscito ad avere in cambio un set nuovo. Nonostante il nuovo set avesse la doppia donna, come tutti i set professionali, non è stato possibile avere la valigetta di pelle in dotazione da 17 pezzi (congruente con la fornitura), e mi sono dovuto accontentarte di una appartenente ad una serie da 16 ! La signora in negozio, a differenza del proprietario, ha palesato nei miei confronti un incomprensibile ed ingiustificato atteggiamento di sufficienza ed insofferenza, manifestando fastidio e scortesia, usando un irritante tono paternalistico nel tentativo di giustificare evidenti carenze. Raramente mi capita di fare acquisti importanti ed essere trattato come un seccatore invece che come un cliente. Bad experience. I bought a very high quality chess set and, once I opened it at home, I discovered that one piece was from another series and other pieces were defective. Bringing them back, without even apologizing for what happened, they first tried to replace them with others on display in the window (also defective), and only after my insistence did I manage to get a new set in exchange. Although the new set had the double woman, like all professional sets, it was not possible to have the leather case supplied with 17 pieces (congruent with the supply), and I had to settle for one belonging to a series of 16! The lady in the shop, unlike the owner, showed an incomprehensible and unjustified attitude of sufficiency and impatience towards me, showing annoyance and rudeness, using an irritating paternalistic tone in an attempt to justify obvious shortcomings. I rarely make major purchases and be treated like a nuisance rather than a customer.

Il negozio è fornito e con prezzi giusti, inoltre il signore che lo gestisce vi starà subito simpatico non appena ci andrete! We were greeted by a very kind and competent gentleman, who was able to advise me very well about chess boards, pieces, clocks and books about chess. The shop is well-stocked and with fair prices, plus the gentleman who runs it will immediately appeal to you as soon as you go there!

Si può ovviare parcheggiando in piazza Fernando De Lucia e facendo poco più di 100mt a piedi. Very well stocked, very kind and competent. The only drawback (if we can speak of a drawback) is a certain difficulty in finding parking. This can be avoided by parking in piazza Fernando De Lucia and walking just over 100mt.

Tuttavia il proprietsrio dovrebbe avere (ma non ha) un minimo di disponibilità allo sconto, specie su prodotti di un certo livello. Nice chess shop and chessboard perhaps the only one of its kind in Rome. However, the owner should have (but does not have) a minimum of willingness to discount, especially on products of a certain level.
