Dopo l'ordine un gioco è risultato non disponibile e sono subito stata contattata per essere informata e per la scelta fra altri articoli simili o rimborso. I placed an order online on 10/12/2021. I was looking for a game that wasn't there in Sardinia. I contacted the owners for some suggestions via chat, the response was immediate, and they were very kind. After the order, a game was not available and I was immediately contacted to be informed and to choose between other similar items or a refund. I chose the refund, which was done immediately.
