Salads were pretty delicious, especially the one with octopus.

We were in the evening, but comming in the morning you could see that market with lots of seefood and local people that make that place unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a place! Super nice, freshly prepared dwa street good. What you've got to try there is a mix of fried seafood and little fish. Octopus salad and couscous we're also great. All the food and drinks are resonably proces. Highly reccomended to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best place for a luch ( or any other meal as well ) in Catania. It's overlooking fish market so can be smelly in the mornings but it's giving it an extra vibe. If you're not into sea food try... Yes, their sea food. You can't go wrong with cone of boneless fish and sea food. Absolutely DELICIOUS! Portion are generous and there's a lot to try.

It gives little touristy feel as they have actually some English descriptions on the menu, and location is too close to the main square to feel local, but food is great and service is fast. It’s different than usual places and fact that its right at the fish market spot makes them really must-visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First thing we did when we arrived in Catania was to have brunch here. It overlooks the historical Catania fish market giving you a sort of live entertainment while you wait for your food. We had the mini seafood arancino, all were amazing but our favorite was the octopus filled one. We also had the “catch of the day” deep fried cone, ours had calamari, tiny shrimps (heh), a random giant crawfish looking thing, several sardines, & some tiny grouper looking fish. All were deep fried to perfection & you get unlimited lemon wedges. Drinks were on the pricier side compared to other places in the area but still not bad. Service was efficient & the restaurant staff’s vocal prowess (they scream your name when your order is ready) could easily compete with the yelling on the fish market below.
