Ci ha dato preziosi consigli, è stato attento a tutte le nostre esigenze, anche di prezzo. Siamo capitati in questo negozio per caso, dopo aver fatto diversi progetti e preventivi... non pensavamo che ad un prezzo così avremmo potuto avere una cucina da sogno come questa. Ci siamo trovati talmente bene che oltre a consigliare questo negozio a tutti, abbiamo acquistato anche un'altra cucina più semplice per la taverna. Post vendita top! We bought our Character kitchen, assembled 3 days ago ... it's gorgeous! We designed it with Diego who is fantastic. He gave us valuable advice, he was attentive to all our needs, even in terms of price. We came to this shop by chance, after making several projects and estimates ... we didn't think that at such a price we could have a dream kitchen like this. We enjoyed it so much that in addition to recommending this shop to everyone, we also bought another simpler kitchen for the tavern. Top after sales!

Diego anche lui molto gentile e disponibile. I would like to underline the professionalism and availability of Mrs. Moira Quadri who accompanied me in choosing the living room and study of my new home. Chiamo il negozio e mi dicono: noi non siamo obbligati ad inserire il sifone, quello inserito è uno standard. Peccato che non sia corretto per il mio bagno e non consegnarmi alcun sifone avrebbe fatto migliore figura di fornirne uno scorretto e non volerlo sostituire (un sifone del valore di 10 euro circa). Qualche settimana dopo, ci rendiamo conto che il piano del lavabo si è sbeccato, nonostante lo avessimo sempre trattato con cura. Dopo due settime di utilizzo si sbecca, girano le scatole. Chiamo ancora in azienda, chiedendo una riparazione non una sostituzione, e mi dicono: il materiale è di qualità, non è il primo che vendiamo, se ti si è sbeccato lo avrai trattato male. In casa siamo solo io e la mia compagna, sappiamo benissimo come lo abbiamo trattato e non avrei mai chiesto nessun intervento se ci fosse caduto qualcosa che lo avesse rovinato. Non hanno mai preso in considerazione un materiale difettoso ad esempio. Quello che mi fa innervosire è che fino all'acquisto sembravano l'azienda più affidabile e sicura del mondo, dopo se ne sono subito lavati le mani, e non è cosi che si tratta un cliente. Sono amareggiato e dispiaciuto perchè pensavo di aver fatto un ottimo acquisto e invece mi ritrovo ad essermene pentito. Spero che questa recensione possa essere utile a qualcuno. Bought a toilet and assembled in November 2021, a problem immediately occurred the same day: the siphon supplied to me was not correct. I call the shop and they tell me: we are not obliged to insert the siphon, the one inserted is a standard. Too bad it is not correct for my bathroom and not giving me any siphons would have made a better impression than supplying an incorrect one and not wanting to replace it (a siphon worth around 10 euros). A few weeks later, we realize that the sink top has chipped, despite having always treated it with care. After two weeks of use it gets bogged down, the boxes turn. I call the company again, asking for a repair, not a replacement, and they tell me: the material is of quality, it is not the first we sell, if it is chipped you will have treated it badly. At home it's just me and my partner, we know very well how we treated it and I would never have asked for any intervention if something had fallen that had ruined it. They never considered a defective material for example. What makes me nervous is that until the purchase they seemed to be the most reliable and safe company in the world, afterwards they immediately washed their hands, and that's not how a customer is treated. I am embittered and sorry because I thought I had made a great purchase and instead I find myself regretting it. Hope this review can be helpful to someone.

Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo posso dire di ritenermi più che soddisfatta della scelta fatta. Vorrei ringraziare molto Moira e Diego per l’attenzione e la gentilezza dimostrata durante la fase di progettazione e soprattutto nel post vendita. Uno staff cordiale e disponibile fa davvero la differenza! We bought a Scavolini kitchen at the Treviglio store, delivered and assembled in September 2021. After a few months of use, I can say that I am more than satisfied with the choice made. I would like to thank Moira and Diego very much for the attention and kindness shown during the design phase and especially in the after-sales. A friendly and helpful staff really makes a difference!
