★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'appuntamento siamo.arrivati puntuali come richiesto, "visto che doveva durare circa un'ora e mezza". Il preventivo ci è stato fatto.su una cucina Creo scelta da noi nello showroom su un foglio di carta, disegnando a spanne a grandi linee. Alla mia richiesta di vedere meglio come sarebbe venuta la.mia cucina di 9.000 euro mi è stato risposto che prima bisognava pagare 30% di acconto e poi avremmo avuto il progetto della nostra nuova cucina.Dopo mezz'ora siamo stati liquidati perché erano arrivati altri 2 clienti che avevano l'appuntamento dopo di noi. Era il quinto mobilificio che visitavamo negli.ultimi 15 gg e una richiesta così assurda non ce l'aveva fatta nessuno.
Dopo altri 3 centri di arredamento per cucine e altrettanti progetti ben fatti, abbiamo trovato la nostra cucina.
We arrived on time as requested, "since it had to last about an hour and a half". The estimate was made to us on a Creo kitchen chosen by us in the showroom on a sheet of paper, sketching in outline. At my request to see better how my kitchen of 9,000 euros would turn out, I was told that first we had to pay 30% down payment and then we would have the project for our new kitchen. After half an hour we were paid because others had arrived. 2 customers who had the appointment after us. It was the fifth furniture factory we visited in the last 15 days and nobody had made such an absurd request.
After another 3 kitchen furnishing centers and as many well-done projects, we found our kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrato per curiosità, perché la cucina avevo già deciso di prenderla dal competitor...poi ho trovato il signor Luca Pozzi, ragazzo gentile e molto preparato...risultato? Il giorno dopo ho portato l'acconto per una cucina che mi ha cucito su misura e che nemmeno se la immaginavo veniva cosi bella!!!
I went in out of curiosity, because I had already decided to take the kitchen from my competitor ... then I found Mr. Luca Pozzi, a kind and well-prepared boy ... result? The next day I brought the deposit for a kitchen that made me tailor-made and that even if I didn't imagine it was so beautiful !!!

Ho conosciuto la Lube di Cernusco grazie ad una pubblicità online.
Nella fase progettuale sono stato seguito da Luca Bassani. Luca è un grande professionista, conosce bene il suo lavoro, sa consigliarti e seguirti durante tutto il percorso. Ci siamo fidati delle sue idee e devo dire che il risultato finale ci ha soddisfatto a pieno.
Nella fase di montaggio è andato tutto bene(giusto due piccole imperfezioni che verranno sistemate presto), anche qui siamo stati fortunati a incontrare posatori preparati e attenti ai dettagli.
Super consigliati!

complimenti a Luca, il rapporto umano che instaura è stato un fattore fondamentale per far propendere la scelta verso la Lube di Cernusco

I met the Lube of Cernusco thanks to an online advertisement.
In the design phase I was followed by Luca Bassani. Luca is a great professional, he knows his work well, he knows how to advise and follow you throughout the journey. We trusted his ideas and I must say that the final result satisfied us completely.
During the assembly phase everything went well (just two small imperfections that will be fixed soon), even here we were lucky to meet prepared and attentive to detail installers.
Super recommended!

Prezzo e soprattutto qualitá inclassificabile.2 anni di cucina nuova, con montaggio PIETOSO .
dopo nemmeno 1 mese la prima mail di lamentela x pezzi che si staccavano, girello rotto, lavatrice in "omaggio" ammaccata....e oggi pezzo del rubinetto rotto ma essendo passati 23 gg dalla scadenza della garanzia il pezzo me lo devo pagare!!!!!! NON mi sembra un atteggiamento corretto.
Questa é la mia recensione,che spero non venga cancellata!!!!!

Price and above all unclassifiable quality. 2 years of new kitchen, with PIETOSO assembly.
after less than 1 month the first mail of complaint x pieces that came off, broken walker, washing machine in "free" dented .... and today piece of the faucet broken but 23 days after the expiry of the guarantee I have to pay for the piece! !!!!! It does NOT seem a correct attitude to me.
This is my review, which I hope will not be deleted !!!!!
Don't go to LUBE !!!!!

Mi sono trovato davvero bene, personale competente e disponibile. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Luca Pozzi che mi ha aiutato a progettare la cucina proprio come la volevo io , offrendo spunti e consigli dopo aver ascoltato le mie idee. Lui è stato particolarmente attento e sempre pronto ad ogni mia richiesta, ed il risultato finale è proprio quello desiderato.
