Premetto che ho comprato una cucina CREO spendendo 10.200 € nel 2019 visitando lo store piu' volte (a nome di mia moglie). Sono contento della qualita' ad oggi del prodotto ma i moltissimi problemi avuti durante il montaggio e l'approssimazione mi ha lasciato molto amaro in bocca. Ad oggi, nonostante il proprietario abbia sistemato mettendo delle toppe ai problemi della cucina, non mi sento di consigliarvi.
Too bad for the low professionalism. They rely on MobilMondo to manage orders and services. The Creo kitchen is nice and functional but the customer service is bad!
I state that I bought a CREO kitchen by spending € 10,200 in 2019 by visiting the store several times (on behalf of my wife). I am happy with the quality of the product to date but the many problems I had during assembly and the approximation left me very bitter in the mouth. To date, although the owner has fixed patches to the kitchen problems, I do not feel like recommending you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio Lube Creo Storie di mobili di pregio trovasi in Via Bergamo nc. 14 di Treviglio BG; Antistante all'attività commerciale trovasi in piccolo piazzale per il posteggio dei clienti. Il negozio tratta mobili nuovo per la casa e arredi come poltrone in pelle semplici e inclinabili e scorrevoli. La società è molto seria; i prezzi dei prodotti sono medio alti. Gli orari di apertura e chiusura settimanali, sono quelli autorizzati.
The Lube Creo Stories store of fine furniture is located in Via Bergamo nc. 14 of Treviglio BG; In front of the commercial activity, it is located in a small square for parking customers. The store deals with new furniture for the home and furnishings such as simple, tilting and sliding leather armchairs. The company is very serious; product prices are medium to high. The weekly opening and closing times are those authorized.

Ho acquistato una cucina nel 2020 e nella fase di vendita e montaggio siamo stati seguiti con tutte le attenzioni, a settembre 2021 il frigorifero smette di funzionare, contatto la sede Lube di Treviglio che mi rimanda all'assistenza Electrolux, i quali mi rimborsano non potendo sostituire il frigorifero. Cercando un nuovo frigorifero scopro che Lube mi ha costruito la cucina su misura su una dimensione di frigorifero riservata ai mobilieri, impossibile da acquistare in un qualsiasi negozio, oltre ad essere una dimensione non più in produzione da tempo. Mi rivolgo al punto vendita Lube di Treviglio contattandoli più volte per telefono, per e-mail e andando direttamente in negozio, la risposta è sempre la stessa: non dobbiamo rispondere noi di questo problema.
L'unica soluzione che mi hanno proposto è stata di acquistare un frigorifero da loro, di una sottomarca, al doppio del prezzo. Alla mia richiesta di fare a spese loro una modifica minima alla cucina per adattare lo spazio ad un frigorifero commerciale mi hanno risposto che era impossibile.
A inizio ottobre siamo rimasti d'accordo che mi avrebbe richiamato tempestivamente il responsabile per valutare delle alternative, cosa che non ha mai fatto.
A fine ottobre abbiamo risolto il problema grazie al personale gentilissimo di Trony, che con 90€ ha fatto una modifica alla cucina per inserire il nuovo frigorifero, una modifica IMPOSSIBILE da fare secondo Lube.
ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATI.
BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE
I bought a kitchen in 2020 and in the sale and assembly phase we were followed with all the attention, in September 2021 the refrigerator stops working, I contact the Lube office in Treviglio which refers me to Electrolux assistance, which will reimburse me as they cannot replace the refrigerator. Looking for a new refrigerator, I discover that Lube has built my custom-made kitchen on a size of refrigerator reserved for furniture makers, impossible to buy in any shop, as well as being a dimension that has not been in production for some time. I contact the Lube di Treviglio store by contacting them several times by phone, by e-mail and by going directly to the store, the answer is always the same: we do not have to answer for this problem.
The only solution they offered me was to buy a refrigerator from them, from a sub-brand, for double the price. At my request to make a minimal modification to the kitchen at their expense to adapt the space to a commercial refrigerator, they replied that it was impossible.
At the beginning of October we agreed that the manager would call me back in a timely manner to evaluate alternatives, which he never did.
At the end of October we solved the problem thanks to the very kind staff of Trony, who with 90 € made a modification to the kitchen to insert the new refrigerator, a modification IMPOSSIBLE to do according to Lube.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED.
