Prezzi elevati e poca professionalità nel trattamento dei clienti. Specialmente in questo periodo di crisi del settore automobilistico se andate per un cambio di olio vi cercano di vendere pure i pneumatici prospettando multe o guasti dell'autovettura. Meritano 5 stelle per la fantasia. Consiglio sempre di valutare altri meccanici prima di rivolgersi a loro.
High prices and little professionalism in the treatment of customers. Especially in this period of crisis in the automotive sector, if you go for an oil change, they will try to sell your tires as well, with fines or car breakdowns. They deserve 5 stars for imagination. I always recommend evaluating other mechanics before contacting them.

In quanto proprietario di vettura Ford, per vicinanza, ho scelto l’officina per il primo tagliando della mia auto. La sera prima dell’appuntamento, essendomi accorto di aver finito il liquido lavavetri, ho provveduto al riempimento del serbatoio in questione. Questo preambolo per dire quanto ci sono rimasto male nel trovarmi al momento del pagamento, il rabbocco del liquido di cui sopra, inserito in fattura. Non è una questione di soldi (6,50 euro non fanno differenza) ma di serietà, trasparenza e fiducia venuta meno.
As the owner of a Ford car, by proximity, I chose the workshop for the first service of my car. The evening before the appointment, having realized that I had run out of the washer fluid, I proceeded to fill the tank in question. This preamble to say how bad I was in finding myself at the time of payment, the topping up of the above liquid, included in the invoice. It is not a question of money (€ 6.50 makes no difference) but of seriousness, transparency and trust.

Ho avuto un problema con l'auto in autostrada, portata da loro convinto, hanno sparato una diagnosi a caso di un fantomatico modulo elettronico da 500€, e nel caso non si fosse risolto, avrei dovuto pagare ugualmente il modulo ma sarebbe stato al 100% il motore!!! Fatto trainare l'auto a casa verso la MIA concessionaria Ford... Risultato? Pompa dell'acqua. Se fosse stato per loro avrei dovuto cambiare motore o auto direttamente!! COMPLIMENTI!! Faccio sicuro un reclamo a Ford, anche perché non sono manco più certo della veridicità dell'intervento fatto un anno prima sul cambio. VERGOGNATEVI. (In risposta a quanto avete scritto sotto) Come dite voi le cose vanno dette bene, DUNQUE, DITE CHE NESSUNO HA PARLATO DI POMPA DELL' ACQUA altrimenti non avrei speso 400€ di carroattrezzi per trasportare l'auto altrove, avete parlato di MODULO ELETTRONICO legato al termostato cosa che non era e che non si sapeva nemmeno il codice!!! Ringraziate il cielo che non posso caricare l'audio della telefonata fatta con il capo meccanico altrimenti sai che risate!!!
I had a problem with the car on the highway, brought by them convinced, they fired a random diagnosis of an elusive electronic module from 500 €, and in case it was not solved, I would have had to pay the module anyway but it would have been 100 % the engine!!! Got the car towed home to MY Ford dealership ... Result? Water pump. If it had been for them I would have had to change the engine or car directly !! COMPLIMENTS!! I am sure of a complaint to Ford, also because I am no longer certain of the veracity of the intervention made a year earlier on the gearbox. SHAME ON YOU. (In response to what you wrote below) As you say, things must be said well, SO, SAY NO ONE TALKED ABOUT WATER PUMP otherwise I would not have spent 400 € of wrecker to transport the car elsewhere, you talked about ELECTRONIC MODULE linked to the thermostat which was not and that you didn't even know the code !!! Thank goodness I can't upload the audio of the phone call made with the chief mechanic otherwise you know what a laugh !!!

Concessionaria storica e di riferimento per il Portogruarese. Ho avuto un problema alla mia macchina e sono stato accolto con grande educazione e rispetto per il cliente. Capo Officina davvero eccezionale, paziente, persona competente, professionale e precisa. Sa andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente, che ai giorni d'oggi non è da sottovalutare. Il rapporto umano penso sia ancora un valore importante, sospetti in certi settori. E in questa concessionaria esiste ancora. Complimenti!
Historical and reference dealership for Portogruarese. I had a problem with my car and was greeted with great politeness and respect for the customer. Really exceptional workshop manager, patient, competent, professional and precise person. He knows how to meet the needs of the customer, who today is not to be underestimated. I think the human relationship is still an important value, suspect in certain sectors. And in this dealership it still exists. Well done!

I drive ford focus and in one Saturday in 2016 I was driving through Northern Italy and had a problem with alternator in area of Portogruaro,so I decided to drop by in official Ford service and try to solve my problem. I arrived there on Saturday around 12.30h daytime, showroom was open,service was still Open,my car was dead ,with completely empty battery( I couldn^t even start my car any more) and guess what , service staff refused to help me anyway,they were only repeating : I am sorry-I am sorry! Please come on Monday morning! I was forced to push my car out of service parking and look for help on other side. Very unprofessional service towards one Ford driver,who do not speak their language,who do not live in their country and so on. I am very dissapointed with such a behaviour in Official Ford service and dealership.Very bad experience with this Ford dealer.
