Li chiamo e mi dicono di portarla dal mio meccanico, che loro non fanno nulla. Trusting is good, not trusting is better, it seems. I bought a car with 1 year warranties, and immediately there are some problems. I call them and they tell me to take it to my mechanic, that they don't do anything.

Sono anche soddisfatto per la cura del venditore Livio nel farmi trovare l'auto sistemata da alcune 'imperfezioni' che avevo notato prima di comprarla. Inoltre, si è reso molto disponibile ad accordarmi alcune agevolazioni e attenzioni che in altri concessionari non ho riscontrato. Spero di non aver bisogno di manutenzioni particolari, ma sono tranquillo sulla disponibilità e la capacità di poter risolvere eventuali problemi futuri rivolgendomi direttamente a loro. Consiglio se volete un'auto usata e volete avere un venditore che vi segue anche dopo la vendita. Good morning. Li ho ricontattati quest'anno, per il tagliando e per un problema al cuscinetto di una ruota, dopo che altri meccanici mi avevano fatto preventivi assurdi ed esorbitanti. Bene, loro ad un prezzo più che onesto, in tempistiche ottime e con tanto di servizio di auto di cortesia (anch'essa a prezzi ottimi), hanno fatto e risolto tutto in modo preciso, serio ed impeccabile. Insomma, sono una garanzia e sicuramente tornerò da loro! (ottimo anche il centro di Pordenone) I picked up the car (bought through Arielcar) from them last year, in Pordenone.
