★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto distratto e poco attento alle richieste del cliente. Davanti ad una richiesta esplicita di pagamento di un bollo auto ,con tanto di anno di riferimento, non è possibile sbagliare ad inserire l’anno diverso da quello indicato.
Nonostante sia stato accertato l’errore, la risposta dell’impiegata è stata: “ORAMAI QUESTO È FATTO , VORRÀ DIRE CHE QUANDO AVRÀ LA POSSIBILITÀ PAGHERÀ CON UN PO’ DI MORA IN PIÙ!!”
....Con i soldi altrui( per non dire altro) possiamo costruire palazzi....
Ps: la mascherina, soprattutto se non indossata bene, non copre espressioni
ne’ tantomeno i mugugni fatti davanti ai clienti!!!

Per poter fare una carta che richiedeva 10 min di lavoro, ho aspetto 50 min prima di ricevermi, perché arrabbiata visto che hanno fatto passare avanti anche gente (lui ha solo da prendere appuntamento, lui solo una carta; tanto io aspettavo) gli ho detto "quanto devo ancora aspettare?" Allora, in quel momento dopo 50 min di attesa, mi hanno fatto entrare.. dopo dieci min avevo già finito tutto , ma purtroppo era troppo tardi per passare in assicurazioni a consegnargli le carte così grazie a loro dovrò chiedere un'altro permesso da lavoro . GRAZIE!! E soprattutto non dimentichiamo l'arroganza delle ragazze che prima di servire me hanno fatto passare avanti gente che conoscevano.
