Da ricambiare a marzo dell’anno dopo (23k km)
Mancanza di professionalità, di serietà e livello estremo di incompetenza
 Stay away, Opel new race from dealer, brought by them to the workshop 11 times in a year, every time it came out with the same problems, dual-mass flywheel to be changed in June (car at about 14k km)
To be exchanged in March of the following year (23k km)
Lack of professionalism, seriousness and extreme level of incompetence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio car sharing Allways è deludente, addebitano soldi a caso e in più bloccano i profili senza alcun motivo. Non lo userò mai più tanto ho la mia macchina così non devo più dare soldi a voi approfittatori.
The Allways car sharing service is disappointing, they charge money randomly, plus they block profiles for no reason. I will never use it again as I have my own car so I don't have to give money to you profiteers anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che acquisto (acquisto un po' inusuale) un auto alla Scai Motor e visto com'è andato l'acquisto a me personalmente mi sento di consigliare a tutti questa consessionaria soprattutto con il venditore Andrea Benedini un ragazzo cordiale gentile disponibile e altri 1000 aggettivi per tutto quello che ha fatto per me dall'inizio alla fine, se potessi dare 10 stelle sarebbero tutte sue. Grazie di tutto.
First time I buy (a little unusual purchase) a car from Scai Motor and seen how the purchase went to me personally I feel I can recommend this dealer to everyone especially with the seller Andrea Benedini a friendly kind guy available and another 1000 adjectives for everything he did for me from start to finish, if I could give 10 stars they would all be his. Thanks for everything.

Dopo avere ricevuto un offerta per l’acquisto di una mia auto usata, avere concordato il prezzo eseguito il controllo dell’auto nella loro sede, e avermi fatto andare da loro in sede ben 3 volte per ‘fare un offerta ufficiale’, al improvviso il giorno che era stato concordato il passaggio l’offerta è calata del 10% con scuse fantasiose. Da stare alla larga soprattutto per acquistare auto usate, le quali probabilmente sono in loro possesso prendendo in giro o truffando la gente.
Scammers. After receiving an offer to buy one of my used cars, agreeing on the price, checking the car at their headquarters, and having me go to them 3 times to 'make an official offer', suddenly the day the change was agreed, the offer dropped by 10% with imaginative excuses. To stay away especially to buy used cars, which are probably in their possession making fun of or cheating people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza totalmente negativa, dovendo fare il secondo tagliando alla mia opel corsa ,ed avendo fatto il primo da loro ,chiedo gentilmente un preventivo, mi viene inviato e prendo appuntamento recatomi in sede la persona addetta subito comincia a parlare di cambiare pastiglie anteriore e filtro antipolline,ok per il filtro antipolline (40 euro in piu) ma quando chiedo per le pastiglie anteriori mi viene detto 160 euro in più,..... ma seriamente.....è un opel corsa. Allora dico di no,vado a ritirare l'auto e ci sono credo circa 10 euro in più in aggiunta perché hanno rabboccato ADBLUE, quando ho messo io 20lt a dicembre, chiedo che per una prossima volta venga avvisata la persona prima di aggiungere altre spese,risposta..... ma questo è prassi! Cmq mai piu da loro
Totally negative experience, having to do the second service on my opel corsa, and having done the first from them, I kindly ask for a quote, it is sent to me and I make an appointment. The person in charge immediately starts talking about changing the front pads and pollen filter , ok for the pollen filter (40 euros more) but when I ask for the front pads I am told 160 euros more, ..... but seriously ..... it's an opel corsa. So I say no, I go to collect the car and I think there are about 10 euros more in addition because they have topped up ADBLUE, when I put 20lt in December, I ask that the person be notified for a next time before adding other expenses , answer ..... but this is practice! Anyway never again from them
