But the best is Patrizia great service and a beautiful personality. We made a great choice by choosing Bar Savoia. Will be back ??βοΈ

β β β β β I came with a child that felt little sick after the bus ride and bought without asking for the price little glass of lemon slush. They charged me 4 euro. That was shoking as I have paid in pompey and everywhere else 1 or maximum 2 euro. I asked my daughter to sit down at nearest table near the door in shop but they didn't allow her to sit down, because to drink it inside would cost 7 euro. They could see she was pale and she only would sit there for 2 min. to drink and go. They charge what they want because the prices not displayed clearly and the receipt does not contain any information about your purchase, just amount of money you have paid. Avoid this place if you can.

β β β β β Very rude service. We took a beer for my dad to rest there as he cannot walk. My husband went to the counter ordered and payed for him and probably didn't specify it was not to take away. I heard them complaining and approaching my dad once we left to say that he was supposed to pay more for the service so I came back to pay and apology for the misunderstanding. The blond lady was reasonable enough but the young waiter started shouting to my husband that next time he had to specify it was not a beer to go. Dad finished the beer asap and left.
Dear Bar Savoia I am used to pay to get decent service, that's all, I don't need to say thanks because you make me any favor to seat there. I would have prefered if he had let me pay the difference instead of making feel my dad uncomfortable. Shameful!!

β β β β β Terrible experience. I needed to use the toilet before ordering so I asked where the toilet was. I know how it works, you have to order something. But she treated me like a thief that wanted to use the toilet without paying so she forced me to order something first, then I went to the toilet. When I came out of the toilet, my capuchino was already in a table but not the one that I had chosen. Some other table. Terrible experience. Not recommended at all.

β β β β β This is the restaurant with the worst service in the world. ordered a dessert in their cafe and they were not ready to sit down at a table !!! Then they figured out that they were wrong, but the waiter (who was called the andminister) behaved very rudely. we all left and decided not to sit in this restaurant anymore. The photo of the waiter is attached, and you will see her run as far as possible from this restaurant !!!!
