Arrivato in negozio ho atteso 20 minuti, gli altri clienti (non prenotati) che arrivavano dopo di me pagavano e ritiravano...io dovevo aspettare che venivo chiamato. Mah!!! In compenso il pollo è qualitativamente superiore alla media. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buono anche il contorno. I booked a chicken by phone with pick up at 8 pm. I arrived at the shop and waited 20 minutes, the other customers (not booked) who arrived after me paid and collected ... I had to wait for me to be called. Mah !!! Mi sono affidata a loro in passato e anche recentemente ho rinnovato la mia scelta trovando assoluta cortesia e disponibilità (cosa che non sempre si riscontra al giorno d’oggi) Per quanto mi riguarda li consiglio vivamente perché penso sia giusto valorizzare chi lavora bene sia nei modi che nella qualità e li ringrazio per l’attenzione e il tempo dedicato. Tanto la qualità è sempre alta da tutte le parti... peccato, basterebbe poco per organizzarsi meglio.
