Sono stato costretto a virare su altro carnezziere; non oso immaginare cosa possa accadere nei periodi di festività: non penso di tornare anche se la qualità della carne è indiscutibile.
They are wrong to write down the date of my order (November 6th, instead of October 30th); result. I was forced to turn to another butcher; I don't dare to imagine what could happen during the holidays: I don't think I'll be back even if the quality of the meat is indisputable.

La cortesia e la professionalità con cui vieni coccolato è di prim'ordine.
Dalla semplice fetta di vitello panata, agli involtini con pecorino di fossa e miele fino ad arrivare ad una mastodontica Manzetta Prussiana che ha deliziato più volte il mio palato.

An impressive butcher's shop, not only meat and ready-to-eat preparations, but also fine wines, gourmet foods and much more. A real feast for the eyes and the palate. I was looking for a pig that I could bake for Christmas, impossible to find, and instead the owners, very kind together with all the staff, succeeded in the enterprise.
