★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto stampare dei file pdf di circa 480 pagine, se andavo a comprare il libro per intero mi veniva a costare di meno. 0,07 cent a stampa, una rapina! 40€ con tutte le rilegature! Mi dispiace solo che la copisteria mia di fiducia era chiusa e le fotocopie mi servivano subito, perché lì avrei avuto lo stesso risultato alla metà del prezzo! Le normali copisteria hanno i prezzi a blocchi: da 0 a 100 pagine un prezzo, da 100 in sù un altro prezzo a scendere (come la mia copisteria, appunto).
Non tornerò più, avete solo la nomina.
 I had pdf files of about 480 pages printed, if I went to buy the whole book it would cost me less. 0.07 cents in print, a robbery! 40 € with all bindings! I'm only sorry that my trusted copy shop was closed and I needed photocopies immediately, because there I would have had the same result at half the price! Normal copy shops have block prices: from 0 to 100 pages a price, from 100 upwards another price to go down (like my copy shop, in fact).
I will not return, you only have the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ peccato, il servizio è davvero efficiente ma la scortesia e l'indisponibilità del personale sono davvero un deterrente a tornare. Notato non solo verso di me ma in generale verso tutti. Sembra che ti facciano un favore, quasi infastiditi, a rispondere a ciò che chiedi o a darti un consiglio. Avete diverse recensioni negative su tale aspetto ma evidentemente non vi importa. contenti voi.
pity, the service is really efficient but the rudeness and unavailability of the staff are really a deterrent to return. Noticed not only towards me but towards everyone in general. They seem to do you a favor, almost annoyed, by answering what you ask or giving you advice. You have several negative reviews on this but you obviously don't care. happy you.

terrible experience, rude and rude salesman, with no respect for the customer. The printing of photographs and passport photos is also very bad. Really not recommended

Great and super helpful staff. It is one of those shops where they still know how to take care of the customer and this is really appreciated. That said, the quality of the prints (photos and more) is exceptional and the prices are super competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Più di 30 minuti ad attendere al freddo la stampa di una foto. Quando ho chiesto a che punto fosse il mio ordine, uno dei 2 commessi con aria arrogante mi ha detto di rivolgermi a chi aveva preso in carico la mia richiesta, come se lui non lavorasse li! Tutto questo aggravato dalla scarsa attenzione per la privacy, visto che dall'esterno del negozio è possibile vedere il monitor mentre i filmati dei clienti vengono lavorati.
Bad experience. More than 30 minutes to wait in the cold for a photo to be printed. When I asked where my order was, one of the 2 clerks arrogantly told me to turn to whoever had taken care of my request, as if he didn't work there! All this compounded by the lack of attention to privacy, since from outside the store it is possible to see the monitor while the customers' videos are processed.
