Sono stato in questa pizzeria aperta da poco ma dove conoscevo già il pizzaiolo in quanto lavorava in un altra pizzeria a turi.
Solitamente quando si legge il termine "Gourmet" è solo per far lievitare i prezzi delle pizze servite, ma in questa pizzeria si possono trovare veramente delle pizze di altissimo livello, un passo avanti rispetto ad altre pizzerie.
Ma oltre a delle pizze gourmet ci sono anche le classiche comunque buone.
Ho aggiunto alla mia pizza l'impasto napoletano e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto.
La pizza oltre ad essere buona è anche studiata nei particolari abbinamenti e si vede il gran lavoro che c’è dietro anche nella ricerca di nuovi impasti.
Proprietario molto ben preparato nel settore ed i prodotti utilizzati son tutti di alta qualità.
Inoltre il locale è davvero molto bello e ben arredato.
Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, il servizio è stato buono nonostante la notevole affluenza di persone che vi era in sala.
Preciso che questa recensione è stata da me scritta dopo essere stato in questa pizzeria per ben tre volte, e in tutte le occasione si è rivelata una pizzeria di altissimo livello sia per i prodotti, sia per il servizio offerto.

I was in this pizzeria which was recently opened but where I already knew the pizza chef as he worked in another pizzeria in turi.
Usually when you read the term "Gourmet" it is only to raise the prices of the pizzas served, but in this pizzeria you can really find pizzas of the highest level, a step ahead of other pizzerias.
But in addition to the gourmet pizzas there are also the classics, however good.
I added Neapolitan dough to my pizza and was satisfied with it.
In addition to being good, the pizza is also studied in particular combinations and you can see the great work behind it also in the search for new doughs.
Owner very well trained in the sector and the products used are all of high quality.
In addition, the place is very nice and well furnished.
Staff were polite and always available, the service was good despite the large number of people in the room.
I specify that this review was written by me after having been in this pizzeria three times, and on all occasions it turned out to be a pizzeria of the highest level both for the products and for the service offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a casual evening we were passing by when we saw that place we have been told its a new shop open quite recently. it was nice and fresh the location was okh. we orders two pizzas the Dough was light and digestible.there was a little confusion about our order the waitress forgot and we end up with a totally different pizza. Anyway for the rest it's was alright.
