Forse cambiato l'impasto, la farina, la cottura... Ma era ottima... Complimenti come sempre. It was a long time since I came back (red, orange areas and so on and so forth) ... La pizza è divina.Ultimamente ho provato l'impasto alle barbabietole rosse:ottimo! Adoro le patate fritte"a buccia" che non troverete in altri posti. Che dire?Pizzeria insostituibile! Abbiamo preso antipasti e pizza con bevande, e ci riteniamo soddisfatti di tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato! Prezzo davvero modico! Un locale da consigliare ! Ci ritorneremo presto Great local! N	Nautilus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima pizza. Molto buona e sottile. Il posto si trova al centro di Sammichele di Bari ed è molto curato e pulito. La saletta è piccola ma accogliente. Unico bagno ma molto pulito e questo è un merito per i proprietari. La caratteristica principale è il menù. I nomi delle pizze sono divertenti e i tavoli sono numerati e con i nomi dei ciclisti del passato (Io ero al tavolo Gimondi?). Ho preso una pizza "Donna moderna" e una pizza "Mountain Bike". Buonissime entrambi e soprattutto la seconda che oltre ai funghi aveva gli asparagi. La prima invece aveva una marinatura di olio e limone che con la Bresaola facevano un connubio perfetto. Provatela se passate da Sammichele. Esiste anche la possibilità di prendere la versione pizza LARGE. Ottima la segnalazione degli allergeni sul menù. Great pizza. Very good and subtle. The place is located in the center of Sammichele di Bari and is very nice and clean. The room is small but welcoming. Single bathroom but very clean and this is a credit to the owners. The main feature is the menu. The names of the pizzas are funny and the tables are numbered and with the names of the cyclists of the past (I was at the Gimondi? table). I got a "Modern Woman" pizza and a "Mountain Bike" pizza. Both were delicious and especially the second, which in addition to mushrooms had asparagus. The first, on the other hand, had a marinade of oil and lemon which made a perfect combination with the Bresaola. Try it if you pass by Sammichele. There is also the possibility of taking the LARGE pizza version. Excellent reporting of allergens on the menu.

A cominciare dal personale, cortese e disponibile e da pizze per tutti i gusti presentate con uno stile gourmet che rappresenta la sfida e ormai lo standard del settore. Nel menù è presente anche l'impasto cacao che, a dispetto del suo normale utilizzo nella pasticceria, sorprende nel suo ruolo di variante sfiziosa per le basi su cui realizzare le pizze. Da provare. Unica nota stonata è l'offerta di "birre popolari" che permettono però all'avventore di mantenere il conto su prezzi medio-bassi. In definitiva: personalmente sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
