★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, sabato 7 maggio ho festeggiato il mio compleanno, se tornassi indietro non sceglierei più Saulo! Mi sono trovata male. Il posto è bello ma il coordinatore di sala è stato abbastanza scortese. Sarà forse cambiata la gestione? Ero cliente prima e mi trovavo bene, ora non ci andrò più. L'unica nota positiva è stata il barista.
 Good evening, Saturday 7 May I celebrated my birthday, if I went back I would not choose Saul anymore! I found myself wrong. The place is nice but the room coordinator was quite rude. Could management have changed? I was a customer before and I was fine, now I won't go there anymore. The only positive was the bartender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel posto, di livello. Location molto bella. Ho preso un aperitivo, sono rimasto contento. Una soluzione fuori dalle classiche offerte che si trovano ovunque. Il prezzo un po' alto ma nel complesso, è corretto. Anche la cena, leggendo il menù, offriva soluzioni fuori dal solito contesto. Proverò.
Nice place, level. Very nice location. I had an aperitif, I was happy. A solution out of the classic offers found everywhere. The price a bit high but overall, it is correct. Even dinner, reading the menu, offered solutions out of the usual context. I'll try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ambiente è molto gradevole e il personale gentile. La scelta dei piatti è un po' limitata ma l'esperienza è stata positiva. Valore aggiunto per la terrazza estiva è il passaggio attraverso il cortile con sepolcreto romano opportunamente valorizzato: un esempio di come il reperto archeologico possa essere valorizzato (e possa valorizzare!) un'attività imprenditoriale.
The environment is very pleasant and the staff are polite. The choice of dishes is a bit limited but the experience was positive. An added value for the summer terrace is the passage through the courtyard with an appropriately enhanced Roman burial ground: an example of how the archaeological find can be enhanced (and can enhance!) A business activity.

Very welcoming place with courteous staff. Dishes elaborated to the right point that leave you with the amazement of the "already finished". Good wine list

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my experience at this place. It's an elegant restaurant with excellent customer service. They have different types of environments which can adapt to all occasions (aperitivo, romantic dinner, dinner with friends). Price and quality were great. Perhaps I would improve the desserts. I would recommend this place and for sure I'll come back. Congrats.
