Sono tornato oggi 3 agosto e la sorveglianza bordo piscina non fa rispettare sempre l'uso della cuffia in piscina nemmeno se lo si ci fa notare. In più la musica è talmente alta che alcune casse distorcono.Non oso immaginare il sabato e la domenica cosa succeda qui. Peccati davvero. La struttura è carina ci sono perché per adulti e bambini, un bar con tavolino e ben areato. Ma soprattutto la struttura è ben sorvegliata e attrezzata. Bene Unfortunately I have to remove three stars. I came back today August 3rd and the poolside surveillance does not always respect the use of the swimming cap in the pool even if you notice it. Plus the music is so loud that some speakers distort, I can't imagine what happens here on Saturdays and Sundays. Too bad. The structure is nice because for adults and children, a bar with a table and well ventilated. But above all, the structure is well supervised and equipped. Well

Personale sempre gentile ma non ho visto nessuno con la mascherina, nessun distanziamento. Fuori dal bar c'è tanto di cartello che bisogna entrare con la mascherina, ma dentro erano tutti senza compresi la ragazza e il ragazzo che ci ha servito...gli unici ad averla eravamo io e i miei figli e quelli seduti ci guardavano pure come se fossimo stati degli alieni. La signora che svuota i posaceneri degli ombrelloni andava in giro senza mascherina, va bene all'aria aperta, ma in più di una occasione si è avvicinata troppo...la stessa signora la incontro nei bagni che puliva,oltre che era senza guanti ma sono affari suoi,ma fumava tranquillamente in un luogo vietato!! Dopo aver pagato 12 euro a persona (solo pomeriggio)mi aspetto anche un servizio impeccabile...soprattutto di questi tempi!!! Unfortunately after yesterday, in spite of myself ... I only give one star. Staff always nice but I have not seen anyone with a mask, no distancing. Outside the bar there is a lot of sign that you have to enter with a mask, but inside they were all without including the girl and the boy who served us ... the only ones who had it were me and my children and those sitting there looked at us as well as if we were aliens. The lady who empties the ashtrays of the umbrellas went around without a mask, it's fine in the open air, but on more than one occasion she got too close ... the same lady I met her in the bathrooms she was cleaning, as well as without gloves but it's his business, but he was smoking quietly in a forbidden place !! After paying 12 euros per person (afternoon only) I also expect an impeccable service ... especially these days !!!

Mese scorso ci dissero per telefono che anche se nn prenotavamo da vicino qualche posto l'avremmo trovato, poiché andavamo di pomeriggio ,ma una volta lí era tutto esaurito.Mentre oggi abbiamo chiamato e nessuno ci ha risposto,alche' siamo andati da vicino(per arrivare alla struttura abbiamo percorso 10km)e una volta lí la ragazza alla cassa non ci ha fatto prenotare poiché fuori orario(prenotazione solo da vicino entro le ore 17:00 cosa non specificata nel sito)dal sito nn è possibile prenotare e privo di informazioni utili,uniche informazioni sul sito orari di apertura e tariffe.onestamente abbiamo prenotato presso altra struttura.credo che debbano organizzarsi un po',non è possibile che un cliente percorra tanti km a vuoto.come noi c'erano persone che venivano da paesi più lontani e nn hanno potuto prenotare.consiglio di utilizzare un moderno sistema per far si che si possa prenotare e pagare dal sito. Non consigliato per chi ci tiene ad un minimo di igiene. Sicuramente un'esperienza da non ripetere. Non meritano neanche una stella. Indecente! To say the least dilapidated structure, rude staff, the anticovid measures are not respected, bathrooms bordering on indecency. Not recommended for those who care about a minimum of hygiene. Definitely an experience not to be repeated. They don't even deserve a star. Indecent!
I	Ire_tancre Salamone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata invitata qui per un matrimonio quindi non ho indicazioni per il prezzo..ma l’unica persona affabile e la receptionist con i capelli bruni..la barista neanche un sorriso a pagarlo e la colazione penso sia stata la più triste che abbia mai visto. Il letto scomodo il cuscino comodo, piscina non utilizzata, regole anticovid 2/3. Pulita la camera I was invited here for a wedding so I have no indication for the price ... but the only nice person and the receptionist with brown hair ... the bartender not even a smile to pay for it and the breakfast I think was the saddest I have ever seen. Uncomfortable bed, comfortable pillow, unused pool, 2/3 anticovid rules. Clean room

S	Simona Sparacio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piacine molto carine e adatte soprattutto per i bambini, bagnìni preparatissimi , tant’è che oggi è caduto un bimbo e si è fatto male e i due bagnìni presenti in piscina hanno subito messo in pratica tutto ciò che potevano fare! Davvero bravi ?? . Locali molto puliti, cibo da migliorare. Very nice and especially suitable for children, very well prepared bathers, so much so that today a child fell and got hurt and the two bathers in the pool immediately put into practice everything they could do! Really good ??. Very clean premises, food to be improved.
