★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve, ho preso uno specchio da questo rivenditore, tramite il sito Mano Mano, sono dei truffatori fidatevi, mi è arrivato lo specchio, rendendomi conto che lo specchio per la mia stanza era parecchio grande, dopo qualche giorno mi sono accorto che sul retro era presente una riga grande, soprattutto sul sito non c’era scritto che dietro non c’era lo spessore e poi mi sento dire il reso lo facciamo, ma ti paghi e ti cerchi te il corriere, ci rendiamo conto? Prodotto pessimo e danneggiato e devo anche pagarmelo il corriere. Veramente scorretti, mi dispiace un sacco, tralasciando che mi serve urgentemente uno specchio, lo comprerò, con loro è chiusa la storia, pagherò il corriere perché mi costringono, sperando che trovino un cliente che sta zitto e va avanti. Buona giornata.

HO ordinato una fontana da giardino su Manomano e ho avuto diversi problemi con questa azienda.
In primo luogo, nonostante una data di consegna stimata, dopo due settimane dalla scadenza ancora non avevano avvisato del ritardo e ho dovuto chiamare per avere spiegazioni.
Molto arroganti, pretenziosi e incompetenti.
L'articolo è arrivato in ritardo anche rispetto a quanto mi avessero detto al telefono.
Una comunicazione via mail ARDUA e INCOMPRENSIBLE.
L'articolo arrivato era DIVERSO da quello ordinato, pesava quasi 40 KG in più (111kg) e NON hanno consegnato al piano.
Hanno fatto storie per il reso ma poi hanno accordato il rimborso ma NON hanno voluto ritirare l'articolo che era un fondo di magazzino perché ROTTO.
In conclusione, il rimborso che hanno effettuato non è stato TOTALE, seppur fosse una differenza minima.
State alla larga da questa azienda.

I ordered a garden fountain on Manomano and have had several problems with this company.
Firstly, despite an estimated delivery date, two weeks after the deadline they still hadn't notified the delay and I had to call for an explanation.
Very arrogant, pretentious and incompetent.
The article arrived late even compared to what they told me on the phone.
A communication by mail ARDUA and INCOMPRENSIBLE.
The item arrived was DIFFERENT from the one ordered, it weighed almost 40 KG more (111kg) and they did NOT deliver to the floor.
They made a fuss about the return but then they granted the refund but did NOT want to collect the item which was a stock fund because it was BROKEN.
In conclusion, the reimbursement they made was not TOTAL, even if it was a minimal difference.
Stay away from this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato e pagato una vasca freestanding il 18 Febbraio, sarebbe dovuta arrivare dopo 30 giorni......dopo diversi solleciti mi hanno rinviato la consegna per tre volte per poi dirmi che la vasca non sarebbe arrivata neanche a Giugno e mi hanno proposto un altra vasca disponibile pagandola 300 euro in più senza la certezza dei tempi di consegna. Quello che dico è che non potete vendere prodotti che non avete. Devo dire che la signora referente è stata gentile e si è scusata per il disagio ma non ha potuto fare nulla se non effettuarmi il rimborso. Una perdita di tempo che mi ha causato lo slittamento dei lavori. Ho acquistato la stessa vasca da un altro fornitore e mi è arrivata in 5 giorni.
