Mi riferisco ad una persona dai capelli biondi di media lunghezza , non è giusto penalizzare tutti. Mi sono recata in show room con il mio architetto circa un anno fa per ordinare tutto l’arredo bagno, termosifoni , piastrelle , camino ecc. e la consulente con la quale abbiamo contrattato insisteva nel non voler segnare passo dopo passo le cose scelte perché sosteneva di ricordare tutto a memoria. Conclusione dei fatti : oggi , terminati i lavori a casa mia , ricevuto l’ordine , abbiamo scoperto che manca il top sul quale poggiano i lavelli e di conseguenza non si può montare il bagno .
Mi sono ulteriormente recata in show-room e la persona, saccente e arrogante , ha negato il tutto . Consiglio al titolare di riciclare il personale perché le cose che vendono sono bellissime ma le aziende meritano persone che concludono le vendite come si deve .
I negatively review this place because my experience with a sales person was very disappointing. I am referring to a person with medium length blond hair, it is not fair to penalize everyone. I went to the show room with my architect about a year ago to order all the bathroom furniture, radiators, tiles, fireplaces, etc. and the consultant with whom we contracted insisted on not wanting to mark the chosen things step by step because she claimed to remember everything by heart. Conclusion of the facts: today, having finished the work at my house, received the order, we discovered that the top on which the sinks rest is missing and consequently the bathroom cannot be assembled.
I went further into the showroom and the person, pedantic and arrogant, denied it all. I advise the owner to recycle their staff because the things they sell are beautiful but companies deserve people who close their sales properly.
