Purtroppo le clienti hanno orecchie, e sentire parlare al telefono una commessa (accento meridionale, la responsabile?...se si forse da rivedere) in modo cosi scurrile e ad alta voce da fare passare la voglia dell'acquisto. Prima volta che entravo... secondo voi ritorno? What a pity, a very nice shop but with unsuitable staff. Unfortunately, the customers have ears, and to hear a saleswoman (southern accent, the responsible one? ... if yes, perhaps to be reviewed) talking on the phone in such a scurrilous and loud way as to make the desire to buy pass away. First time I entered ... do you think I am coming back?

Sono stata con un'amica e le due commesse sono state gentili e disponibili, ci hanno seguite con molta professionalità. È stato davvero un piacere! Ritorneremo sicuramente! I have been to this shop several times and this evening I decided to leave a review as I received a very good treatment. I was with a friend and the two salespersons were kind and helpful, they followed us with great professionalism. It was really a pleasure! We will definitely be back!

È un peccato perché è un negozio fornito di cose utili ed economiche per la casa ma anche noi clienti abbiamo vista e udito e una coccola in più sarebbe più gradita. La responsabile del negozio che in un occasione con me si è vantata di esserlo mentre fumava all'ingresso dava ordini e parlava alla sua collega in modo maleducato ( rivedrei il suo Ruolo) ieri l'ho sentita rivolgersi in modo arrogante verso una cliente che le ha fatto una semplice osservazione. L'ho sentita più volte usare toni didattoriali rivolgendosi ai suoi colleghi e dato che sento usare lo stesso tono con i clienti non ci tornerò più. I am a regular customer and it is not the first time that I have seen scenes never seen before. It is a shame because it is a shop stocked with useful and cheap things for the home but we customers too have sight and hearing and an extra cuddle would be more welcome. The store manager who on one occasion boasted to me that she was one while she smoked at the entrance gave orders and spoke to her colleague in a rude way (I would review her role) yesterday I heard her address arrogantly towards a customer who made a simple observation. I have heard her use didactic tones several times when addressing her colleagues and since I hear them use the same tone with clients I will never go back.

Il personale é sempre troppo impegnato in chiacchiere per salutare all'ingresso. Oggi ho trovato due scale molto alte aperte. Forse un ripasso health & safety sarebbe gradito. Dopo aver fatto notare alle due commesse all'entrata che le incessanti chiacchiere a voce alta mentre una delle due fumava sulla porta non invogliavano all'acquisto, mi é stato risposto che l'interessata era la responsabile. Essendo stata assente per due settimane aveva tutto il diritto di continuare l'avvincente conversazione. Il memo che il cliente dovrebbe avere la prioritá non é mai arrivato qui. Sconsigliato al 100% This is the third time I have visited this shop and I have promised myself it will be the last. The staff are always too busy chatting to say hello at the entrance. Today I found two very high stairs open. Perhaps a health & safety review would be welcome. After pointing out to the two shop assistants at the entrance that the incessant chattering aloud while one of them was smoking at the door did not encourage them to buy, I was told that the person concerned was responsible. Having been absent for two weeks, she had every right to continue the exciting conversation. The memo that the customer should have priority never made it here. 100% not recommended

Assortimento ampio ma poco profondo. Discreetly supplied for home and garden accessories. Prices in line with those of the Legnago galaxy (at the time of writing also regarding the promotions on fans August 2021). Contact staff present and available. Wide but shallow assortment.
