★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio è molto ben fornito con una gran varietà di prodotti. Personale molto gentile. Do 5 stelle soprattutto perché nel reparto giocattoli ho trovato Sara che è stata davvero professionale e gentile. Mi ha spiegato benissimo tutto sui Pokémon, una vera intenditrice .
The shop is very well stocked with a variety of products. Very nice staff. I give 5 stars mainly because in the toy department I found Sara who was really professional and kind. She explained everything about Pokémon very well, a true connoisseur.

Ieri io e il mio compagno abbiamo comprato un prodotto, tra l’altro ad un prezzo mediamente doppio rispetto al mercato, pensando fosse di buona qualità. Il prodotto già dal primo utilizzo si è rivelato pessimo e non idoneo alla sua funzione. Ci rechiamo quindi al negozio per restituirlo e ci viene detto che il prodotto funziona benissimo (testandolo davanti a noi in condizioni diverse dall’utilizzo effettivo) e in poche parole che siamo noi a non essere in grado di usarlo (tra l’altro, due ingegneri meccanici). Ci siamo sentiti trattati veramente male, come se il personale stesse insinuando che l’avessimo voluto restituire per chissà quale motivo. Non torneremo più.
Incredible rudeness of the staff. Yesterday my partner and I bought a product, among other things at an average price double the market, thinking it was of good quality. From the first use, the product proved to be very bad and unsuitable for its function. We then go to the shop to return it and we are told that the product works great (testing it in front of us in conditions other than actual use) and in a nutshell that we are not able to use it (among other things, two mechanical engineers). We felt really badly treated, as if the staff were insinuating that we wanted to give it back for whatever reason. We will never return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a complete store, it has everything for the house, regarding decoration, garden, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, gifts, flowers, car, etc, the only problem to mention are about prices, they sometimes are different from the ones that are labeled and when you do the check out, seems like they are not updated, leading to some bad surprises.
