★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We go to this factory outlet every time we visit Italy. It is fabulous! Prices are very good and secondi pieces are very cheap, despite it being virtually impossible to find any flaw. The service providers are very helpful. Our whole family loves the products. The trip from Milano via Lake Maggiore is a joy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a typical outlet. It is more like a big Alessi store with a discount on some items. They also sell some items with imperfections. These imperfections are hard to spot but the products are much cheaper. You can recognize the B-products by a sticker with a green dot.

A nice shop with of course nice gadgets,
but as much you should expect as disapointed
the reality is.
Some items are second choice button not the complete range.
An average store offers more.
The staffl is hopeless refuses to speak english and adrres one arrogant if you say they
make mistakes.
Impolite is to soft to explain their brutality if
you ask them something.
So be warned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what I expected but if you don't buy 2nd choice items (which probably differ in scale of "problems") you won't make any great bargains.
If you're a fan of the brand it's a good way to get an overview about their product lines and some great advices from the staff though.

Sweet people, every last person, including the guys in the high viz vests who point where to drive, but I was hoping for a " factory experience" rather than just an ok selection of stuff to buy. Felt like half of what they are known for (fixtures) was missing. I left feeling like I had missed a section...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice. I mean everything is very expensive (like 100 euros for a fork) but it looks nice. And for all you skeer people ou5 there like me, they also have a sale for things with slight damage, and suddenly it becomes payable. They also have cute little souvenirs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italian design at affordable prices! I think an Alessi piece (the citrus reamer) was the first time I bought Alessi and that was in the 90s....I have been hooked ever since! The quality is top notch, prices affordable for products that are in museums all over the world! Haven't been to the outlet (yet) but it's about the only brand where replacement pieces (mostly the glass inserts but even canister knobs) are available long after the pieces go away!
Service is also excellent and responsive! Italian quality is superb! NOT MADE IN CHINA! The company manages to balance fresh designs with the older MG and others and still keep stock in whatever you want! Always fun to see what's new!
