★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto alla buona, ma non è un negozio. Questa signora molto gentile offre un servizio particolare: ripara e collauda le pentole a pressione Lagostina . Vicino si trova anche lo spaccio della ditta Lagostina con prezzi molto buoni rispetto ai negozi.

Fantastic! I sent my 20-year-old pressure cooker by mail and it had never given me problems but now it had a lid problem (it was not under pressure) and they fixed it for free !!!! Ho inviato il coperchio di una Clipsò per un problema di tenuta, indicando ovviamente il mio indirizzo ed il mio numero di telefono. Mi aspettavo che mi chiamassero per comunicarmi il preventivo di spesa. Invece niente, nessuna telefonata, ma dopo una decina di giorni il corriere mi ha riconsegnato il coperchio revisionato e con la guarnizione sostituita. Il tutto senza spendere un centesimo!!! Non posso che dire un grosso GRAZIE a questo Centro Assistenza, che per me è al TOP!!
Too bad not being able to give more than 5 stars. As for me, I would put 10. I sent the lid of a Clipsò for a sealing problem, obviously indicating my address and my phone number. I expected them to call me to tell me the cost estimate. Instead, nothing, no phone call, but after about ten days the courier handed me the overhauled cover and replaced gasket. All without spending a penny !!! I can only say a big THANKS to this Service Center, which for me is at the TOP !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assistenza serissima e puntuale, mi hanno sistemato il coperchio, ho pagato solo spesa di spedizione, e mi hanno salvato una pentola a pressione con quasi dodici anni. Buone le pentole, durature e seria l'assistenza di F. B. di Ferrari Barbara. Sistemando la pentola hanno fatto pure del bene all'ambiente, evitando di buttarla e creare rifiuti o altro CO² per produrne e venderne una nuova, a parte la spedizione le emissioni di anidride carbonica riguardano solo la spedizione e i materiali di spedizione, quindi sono irrilevanti in confronto all'aver dovuto in caso prenderne una nuova.
Bravissimi!!!!!! Seri, rispettosi dell'ambiente, e rispettosi nel fare risparmiare parecchi soldi si clienti. Incredibile che dopo così tanti anni ci siano ancora i pezzi di ricambio. Serissimi
Serious and punctual assistance, they fixed the lid, I paid only shipping costs, and they saved me a pressure cooker with almost twelve years. Good pots, lasting and serious assistance from F. B. di Ferrari Barbara. By arranging the pot they have also done good to the environment, avoiding throwing it away and creating waste or other CO² to produce and sell a new one, apart from shipping, carbon dioxide emissions concern only shipping and shipping materials, so they are irrelevant in compared to having had to take a new one in case.
Very good !!!!!! Serious, environmentally friendly, and respectful in saving customers a lot of money. Unbelievable that after so many years there are still spare parts. Very serious
