They sell small faulty appliances in my case a 100euro paid extractor worked the first time for 2 days I changed it and after two weeks it broke now it is two months that I sent the year in assistance but nothing is known .. ..PERSONAL SCORPEL THAT LITIGATE BETWEEN THEM WHERE THE CUSTOMERS EXPECT ... MAKES YOU AVOID !!!!

Si tratta di perlopiù di marchi sconosciuti e di bassa qualità, sopratutto per quanto riguarda i prodotti elettrici. Le ceramiche sono veramente molto belle ma purtroppo molto delicate. Prima del lockdown ho comprato una pentola a vapore a gennaio mi viene sostituita, quest'altra dopo un mese e mezzo non funziona più. Sono andato al negozio ho portato sia l'estrattore più le pentole oggi 9 febbraio 2021 esigo sia vostra breve risposta o restituzione dei soldi o un prodotto che funzioni . Se non è in questo caso che non venga soddisfatta la mia richiesta faccio denuncia alle autorità competenti. Ho preso un'aspirapolvere e per averne una che avesse le sembianze di un qualcosa di simile ad un'aspirapolvere sono dovuto tornare in negozio 5 volte. Un'aspirapolvere che dovrebbe valere 150 euro mi costringe a raccogliere l'immondizia con le mani e dopo un mese si è spaccata e mi è rimasto in mano il motore Absolutely to be avoided. Indecenza, scortesia, maleducazione e pochezza assoluta sono le caratteristiche che li contraddistinguono. Mai prima d'ora mi è capitato di dover confrontarmi e dialogare con persone assolutamente prive di professionalità e sfacciatamente strafottenti. Dopo molteplici mail, solleciti, pec, etc. etc. ad oggi ancora niente. Dopo settimane sono riuscito a farmi inviare l'etichetta di reso ma guarda un po' era sbagliata e nonostante l'avessi fatto notare mi hanno confermato fosse giusta... morale della favola? prodotti acquistati da quasi due mesi e non sono riuscito a fare ancora il reso ed inoltre nemmeno una parola di scuse Never before have I published a review but I find myself almost forced to today to comment on the gruesome attitude of the staff who take care of the online shop.
