★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'interno del Parco Regionale del monte Barro, sulla via che va da Malgrate alla cima, si trova questo sperone roccioso che offre un buon punto di orientamento per le escursioni. Notevolmente visibile anche dai paesi limitrofi, si presta anche a parete per arrampicate per chi desidera cimentarsi come esercizio. Dalla base del Sasso della Vecchia è possibile godere di una vista entusiasmante su parte del Triangolo Lariano, del lago e della città di Lecco, Grigne e Resegone. Ottimo punto panoramico e facilmente riconoscibile.
Inside the Regional Park of Mount Barro, on the road that goes from Malgrate to the top, there is this rocky spur that offers a good point of orientation for excursions. Remarkably visible also from the neighboring countries, it lends itself also to climbing wall for those who want to try their hand as an exercise. From the base of the Sasso della Vecchia it is possible to enjoy an exciting view of part of the Triangolo Lariano, of the lake and of the city of Lecco, Grigne and Resegone. Excellent vantage point and easily recognizable.
