★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo visitato con mia moglie questa città e lo volevamo fare da molto tempo e finalmente siamo qui. Credo che la pubblicità e le belle foto che si trovano spesso non rendano merito a questa bomboniera di emozioni. Infatti vivere nella sua realtà è un caleidoscopio di colori e di esperienze che ti fanno sognare . Passeggiare qui di sera o all'alba di un nuovo giorno ti fa sentire dentro uno stato d'animo particolare che porteremo sempre con noi.
We visited this city with my wife and we have wanted to do it for a long time and we are finally here. I believe that the advertising and the beautiful photos that are often found do not give credit to this wedding favor of emotions. In fact, living in its reality is a kaleidoscope of colors and experiences that make you dream. Walking here in the evening or at the dawn of a new day makes you feel inside a particular mood that we will always carry with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta a Matera e per quanto uno possa guardare foto o documentari niente ripaga la vista quando si vede questa città dal vivo che toglie il fiato.
Io consiglio di fare sia il giro con la guida (affidatevi alle agenzie, perchè ci sono anche degli abusivi, noi l'abbiamo fatto con Altieri Viaggi 15 euro a persona per 2 ore + degustazione) se avete altro tempo consiglio anche di perdersi per i vari vicoletti della città. Visitarla la tramonto è ancora più spettacolare.
First time in Matera and however much one can look at photos or documentaries, nothing pays off the sight when you see this breathtaking live city.
I recommend doing both the tour with the guide (trust the agencies, because there are also squatters, we did it with Altieri Viaggi 15 euro per person for 2 hours + tasting) if you have more time I also recommend getting lost for the various alleys of the city. Visiting it at sunset is even more spectacular.
