Personale lento, lentissimo. Se non sei tu ad andare da loro puoi aspettare tutto il giorno senza che qualcuno ti degni di uno sguardo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente mi sono arrabbiato perché non sapevo come e in che modo si deve parlare con loro dopo 4-5 tentativi sono riuscito a metermi in conttato e posso dire che sono stati gentili e cortesi
Se partiamo dalla premessa che tutti devono essere a nostra disposizione e pensando sempre che li uffici lavorano 24/7 sbagliamo.
In primis perché sono umani e possono sbagliare o sono impegnati a risolvere altre richieste e talvolta noi non facciamo niente altro che buttare la nostra frustrazione in continuazione sui vari operatori Pubblici
Quanti di voi adesso con la situazione COVID non sapete dove sbattere la testa ... e capire come funzionano le cose ...
Penso che un po di Rispeso cortesia e umanità nei confronti dei uffici e pubblica Amministrazione Cambierebbe una Pessima Esperienza i n una buona esperienza
Mantenendo La Calma ed essendo Cortese vi porteranno dei risultati
In mia esperienza in 24h od ottenuto tutti i documenti necessari

If we start from the premise that everyone must be at our disposal and always thinking that the offices work 24/7 we are wrong.
First of all because they are human and can make mistakes or are committed to solving other requests and sometimes we do nothing but throw our frustration continuously on the various Public operators
How many of you now with the COVID situation don't know where to turn your head ... and understand how things work ...
I think a little respectful courtesy and humanity towards the offices and public administration would change a bad experience in a good experience
Keeping La Calma and being Courteous will bring you results
In my experience in 24h od got all the necessary documents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si potesse dare meno 0 stelle, le avrei messe, in quanto ho inviato la richiesta per ottenere il C1 e C2 e non l'hanno neanche MAI vista secondo me, non meritano lo stipendio in quanto non svolgono il proprio lavoro, quando risolviamo questo danno? Dal momento che le persone non possono iniziare a lavorare senza quest'ultimi che ne pensate di dare loro da mangiare?
If you could give less 0 stars, I would have put them, as I sent the request to get the C1 and C2 and they have NEVER even seen it in my opinion, they do not deserve the salary as they do not do their job, when we solve this damage? Since people cannot start working without them, what do you think of feeding them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È dal 24 maggio che ho fatto richiesta di un C2 storico e ad oggi ancora niente, mi è stato detto ci vogliono 2 giorni, e passata una settimana, c'è qualcuno che lavora ancora in questi uffici o timbrate solo il tesserino? E rispondete al telefono almeno che la gente pensa chissà quanto lavoro avete

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima volta che ci vado poiché nella mia città è in ristrutturazione è posso dire che sono stati velocissimi, altra cosa positiva fanno tutti i controlli per il COVID19. Bravi.
First time I go there because in my city it is undergoing renovations and I can say that they were very fast, another positive thing is they do all the checks for COVID19. Well done.
